I have been purchasing items from Fashion Nova since the very beginning. Never had an issue until September 2019. I ordered a dress and a few bodysuits for an event. When the clothing arrived they smelled like paint thinner, fish, and vinegar. I sent an email to customer service and they asked me to send a picture of the items. I was thinking it's weird since you can't smell them through a picture. They then sent me an E-gift card to replace the items. Well I received my replacement September 30,2019 and it's the same smell but even stronger. I can't wear these clothes smelling toxic. I reached out to customer service again and was told they can't return my money. I read the policy, however, all the clothes that are being sent smell. There should be an exception made. They have just lost a pretty loyal costumer.

After the birthday!?) UPS tells me to reach out to the company for a $20 refund for overnight shipping. This company Fashion Nova(WHICH I AM NEVER SHOPPING FROM AGAIN), tells me to reach out to UPS. I dont like either company and would send the product back for a full refund if it wasnt printed on the tacky website that I'd have to pay an additional amount for shipping back to your over the tacky company.
