Such a scam! I received my items almost all of which were terrible quality and fit/looked nothing like the picture. I tried to return almost all and they only gave me a credit for only a few of the items. I've been trying the get the rest of my money back but all they Lee doing is emailing me saying they have no information so I need to send them a copy of my packing slip which thankfully I took pictures of and then once I sent that now they are saying they need the tracking info and weight of the shipment? I paid for the shipping back to them and they received it over a week ago now so not sure what that has to do with my refund? I don't even think these are real people emailing me back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

Their return and repurchase policy is crap. They don't have an exchange policy so god for bid something doesn't fit correctly, they want you to pay to return, wait until they receive it, wait receive an e card 7 days after they get it back, re purchase an item then wait another week to get it. There's no phone number to talk to an actual human regarding issue you've had. The whole "store credit only" on returns is a $#*!ty way to keep people's money when you know your company is worthless. Won't be purchasing from them ever again.
You only get store credit and have to pay for shipping. You don't even get the option to pay for it with your credit! You are already being told you cant get your money back and on top of that you have to kick out more money just to make the return. Disappointing.
