This place is a freakin scam and complete joke! They don't care about you, they don't care for your service! They just want to take your money! I'm so upset and totally ruined my day and my thanksgiving! They are so ungrateful for their customers! I wanted to buy two outfits from them this morning since there Black Friday sale came out and it was supposed to cost $32 and right when I was doing Apple Pay on it, it took the promo thanksgiving blackout code off and charged me a whole $65 bucks! So I contacted them thru email because they don't have a cancel order button or EVEN a gosh phone number! So I emailed and if they could just cancel the order and them explaining to them what had happened and all they said was once your order has been submitted we are unable to cancel. But you can return your items when you receive them and get a refund in the forum of electronic gift card. And you can use code blah blah for for 30% off of future purchases. AND MIND YOU ITS A LOWER DISCOUNT CODE THEN IT WAS FOR BLACK FRIDAY! All I wanted was to be reimbursed for the sale That's it! Then I found out their phone number and there "representative" said I could make another purchase and use the promo code again! You know what I don't want your stupid electronic credit. I don't want no more of your grimey company clothing in my closet. IM DONE! My friend has had an issue with them too by them sending her damaged clothing and refused to refund her. Why would I want to return my clothing and pay shipping TWICE As well as sending it back to you! & just to buy my items AGAIN. So ridiculous. Take your money else where. What a horrible company.

I made a first time order of $300 from this shop. A few clothes fit me well but, some did not. For all returns, they would only give you a gift card to spend in their store, which is ridiculous. I bought 2 pairs of heels that were the same just in different colors, and after walking in them for 30 minutes, I got a big wound. It was healing for more than a month and now I have a scar. I decided to write a review for this product to warn other girls, but after doing so, I noticed that my negative review was not posted on their page. I checked this product a month later to see whether it was posted and to my surprise, it was still NOT THERE! As I started to go through ALL products I noticed that no products had 1 or 2-star reviews. I found hundreds of other girls that were having the same issue. There are tens of thousands of products with thousands of reviews and none of them were under 4 stars?! Isn't that suspicious at all? So, I wrote a complaint about this company concerning their review manipulation to the Federal Trade Commission. 1.5 months later Fashion nova starts showing every single one bad review for all products! I'm not sure whether this is a coincidence or my complaint made them do this, but all I know is that there were thousands of negative reviews that were not being shown for years (since at least 2015).
If it was Federal Trade Commission that got involved, I want to thank them massively, and I want to wish you, girls, to find other brands that don't fool around like this.
An absolutely UNCREDIBLE company that I will never buy from again.
