I have spent $66.36 in a span of 2 weeks on fashionova on 2 jackets one for my 4th year anniversary and the other for the winter why give it to a 1 star company? They aren't even close to my home they only reside in the next state over compared to amazon, usps, fed ex, and even ups who are legit companies. The driver at first placed my 1st order at a different neighborhood building the n took my package i asked any who might have seen it and even i thought its one of the people in the building but by time my 2nd package came around I waited outside my neighborhood and then the driver took a picture and then left with my order a second time my family came home shortly after him but never saw my packages yet lasership claims no responsibility for my package if you guys could either refund me or send my order again but with a different company i would love to take this down but as i sent multiple reviews i have yet been talking to a real person just bots who closes conversation anyways because they want ratings instead im beyond infuriated at this point because if any other time i would just simply not have bought anything put once again this is my anniversary we plan out what we are gonna wear together on that day (the picture taken isnt me its the driver who has been stealing it and sending pictures and running off before saying completed i would NEVER wear shoes like that crap on his feet and is likely why he is stealing)
I ordered a package with a total of $194. The carrier placed the package on the wrong porch and took a delivery photo. In the photo you can clearly see the address on the house as "317" which is nowhere near my shipping address. The carrier advised me by email that they notified fashion nova that the package was lost by the driver. Fashionova refused to reship or refund my order. They repeatedly told me "the order says delivered" but never addressed that it was delivered to the wrong address. They showed no concern or regard. 2 weeks later and past my trip, I still have no package and they refuse to replace or refund. The photo with the incorrect address is big as day when you track the package. They asked for a photo of my house showing the address (even though my shipping address was obviously not 317 from the start). I sent the photo 4 times just for them to still tell me that can't help me. Ridiculous scammers. I will never ever order from them again. I've never dealt with a company so this ghetto or shiesty.
I bought a lot of stuff from this website and had the returned couple things because of its quality that was worth hundreds. Refunded me a gift card instead of shiftng it back to my acc, unfortunately thy took my money, never got refund because the gift card sent to me was invalid when tried to using it during the checkout.
Their clothes fit me better than any other but, they use Lazership/ontrac and they steal the packages.
They took payment from my Amazon acct. I have no way of checking on my order. Will never order again!

So my return got lost in the mail and initially Fashion Nova told me in so many words "too bad, nothing we can do'. I advised them I would leave negative reviews and I did just that. Since then, they got back to me and offered me a store credit for the items that got lost so I'm updating my review.
I had three items to return. Followed the instructions to the T; filled out their online form, paid for the shipping labels, packed everything up including the packing slip, affixed the USPS shipping labels (that I paid for) to the package and dropped it off at the post office. It's been 18 days and there is no scanning history on the tracking numbers. When I contacted customer service with my problem they said, "In order for us to better assist you regarding this return, we will need you to provide us with a photo of the physical shipping receipt provided by the carrier which contains the tracking number, weight, and information regarding the package". What? Their return instructions never said you had to obtain a shipping receipt from carrier. What a joke! After I paid for the labels, THEY emailed me the USPS labels. Isn't that receipt enough? Furthermore, they never gave me the option to select the carrier of my choice, which would have been UPS not USPS. Now I'm out the credit for the three items and the shipping charges I paid. Here are the return instructions taken from their website:"1. Print your shipping label include packing slip and original receipt in with the contents. 2. Attach label to package. 3. Ship it back to us. Provide your package to your USPS courier or drop it off at your nearest Post Office." Where on these instructions does it say, "and obtain a shipping receipt from your carrier". I asked Fashion Nova what the company's policy is on making an unhappy customer a happy customer,,,no response! Last time I ever give them my business.
Don't order from fashion nova. If something is too small or too large you have to pay to send it back, and pay to get it delivered. They don't give refunds, they give you credit. Why would I want to order from them again after they charge me to send something back. Not cool at all. I will not recommend anyone to order from fashion nova.
Size chart is all wrong. So since they didn't fit me, I returned them. On top of having to pay for return shipping myself, they didn't want to give me my money back (only store credit cause it's their policy) Who reads "policies" before purchasing when you think it's as easy as "oh it didn't fit, your returning with tags on and clothes are intact so here's your money back on your card"? I told them I'm no longer purchasing from them and that I needed to speak to a manager and they still denied returning my money back and never got in touch with a manager. On top of that, you can only communicate on email. They have no phone number
Abysmal return policy and cheap clothing with wildly inconsistent sizing. Buyer beware if you use a coupon to purchase, they don't prorate for returns so you could be stuck with poorly sewn dresses that don't match the listed measurements that they claim was "free" and they'll expect you to pay $7.99 to send it back to them for zero dollars credit. They don't do exchanges. Customer service is a joke. Canned responses with no help at all.
I am a single parent of three. It's time to go back to school so I decided to get some things from fashion nova. It was cool until I got my shipment and nothing I got for my daughter fit and not everything for my son fit. I initially spent over $200 with them for my kids. And then they send me back a gift card for $120. I did not pay them with a gift card and they chose how my money was returned. How does that work? Then you can't contact a live person to help you fix the problem. The worst, it's like they literally stole my money and I still have to get school clothes for my kids and we all know they don't care about that. I'm never using this company again.
I placed an order on July 28 and my birthday is on August 3rd and the company told me my delivery date was August 4th, now they're telling me my order is stuck and won't be here until after my birthday which is August 7th, this was with the $6.99 delivery fee, it's like they're making you pay for 3 day shipping because their workers can't do they damn job!
Their customer service & support is absolutely 0 out of 10. There is never anyone available to help you out with your problem & the most important one is their return policy is a total disaster. You can not return dresses to their stores, it's by mailing only which, you have to pay out of your own pocket.
If you purchase from this company and your package is lost, delivered to the wrong location or stolen they take no liability. I had spent hundreds of dollars with this company and ordered many items. I had one issue and they basically told me, too bad! I contact DHL, who also is terrible, told me they could see the driver was is the WRONG location, but still had to follow up with the driver. After several phone calls, I was just ignored and told too bad by DHL. GPS and my lack of reception is proof enough.

This is not the first time I bought a pants one time that came with the marks of the sweat of the other person that used the pants, this time was a pair of shoes and they kept saying they don't see the damages and that I have to buy a shipping label to returned when it was their fault. I will never shop from them and I will let then kept the money my time is more valuable than be sending stupid emails back and forth.

Now it's the end of the day and I'm sure it's not getting delivered so I won't have it in time. I paid for rush shipping for nothing. Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
