I made a purchase on Nov. 27th got a tracking link stating package was shipped since Dec. 3rd tracking shows my order in Woodridge IL. Now 15 days later Still showing package in Woodridge IL. I am very patient with my online delivery postage I get with all the panademic issue we are having BUT as for Fashion Nova I have had multiple experiences way before covid and decided let me give them another try even placed my order way before the holidays thinking I will get by then and from what I see I am not getting my order no time soon! Dont bother emailing and of course phone lines are cut off. I WONDER WHY! SCAMMERS! Fashion Nova you got me again because of your great deals but I rather pay a higher price and actually get my order. NEVER AGAIN! If you anyone is having same issue contact the BBB website and just search this company you will see the complaints they have on them, right there you can issue a complaint and they will help you. I order a 2 piece outfit (a skirt and a top) from this site. It is called Gondola Ride. I received only the skirt. I immediately contacted them. Now listen, EVERYONE LOOKING TO PURCHASE call the *******286 BOGUS HELP NUMBER. Listen to the creepy voiced lady tell you about their "Fabulous " customer service then put you through to a message every time (no matter what prompt you push), never being able to speak to anyone! So I email them and use their website contact MULTIPLE times. They finally email me back saying they need a photo of my packing slip. OK no problem, I sent that immediately. Again I waited 2 more days. I emailed and messaged them MULTIPLE AGAIN, because I'm going to vacation next week and bought this outfit for that purpose. They finally get back to me this morning. Here is their solution. NOT TO SEND ME THE TOP THEY FORGOT BUT I can either just keep the skirt and get credit for the top (which I can't buy separately) or have me return the skirt, take a photo of my mailing cost and credit me for the outfit and mailing?! It took them 4 days to tell me this, which allows me no time get the outfit before vacation. I don't understand why they can not send me the top I purchased and PAID for. I'm being punished for their warehouse mistake. I've decided to return all the items I purchased and never do "business" with this sham of a company again. You've been warned...
I've contacted a class action lawyer. If anyone who has been scammed would like to be a part of the lawsuit let me know. I purchased a costume. It was 99.99, after the discount it was 70.00 I received the package but they didn't send all the pieces. I contacted them asking them to send the pieces. They asked for a picture which I sent. They then sent me 10.00. I stated I didn't want 10.00 I just want the missing pieces for the costume. They said they were not able to send it. So I said I'll return it because I need all the pieces I paid for. I sent it back with tracking. They charged me a restocking fee and gave me 34.00! How am I being punished for your mistake? They said they normally don't accept returns on bodysuits. I told them that's not my problem for you know I didn't wear it because it was not Halloween and I can't just wear a bodysuit outside with the cape and the other pieces. I've contacted the BBB, FTC and Attorney General Office. After researching I'm able to start a class action lawsuit against them because others have been through this (them keeping customers money when it was their error). Such a shame because I liked Fashion Scam Nova. But I refuse to let a million dollar company keep my money especially when it was their error.
I ordered 4 items on their website on Oct 17th and I got an email a couple days after that saying that it will be delivered oct 25, sounds good. NO! On Oct 25 the tracking disappeared and I couldn't get any information on my order. So on Oct 28 I checked again and I finally saw my order and it was in a warehouse where I live. I emailed them on Oct 30 and never gotten a response back. I'm really annoyed cause I paid this on Afterpay for $60. SO I finally called customer service on Nov 1 who does the shipping and even she said that it's still in the warehouse and she will send me a new tracking for it and that it will be shipped in the next 2 days so which would be the Nov 3… NO I didn't get anything at all and I checked today Nov 12 and it says it was DELIVERED ON OCT 25?!?!? WTF
Honestly I wouldn't even buy from this company, y'all probably wouldn't even get y'all's stuff and they will lose your items that YOU PAID. Fashion NEEDS to do BETTER!

This has been the most frustrating and unprofessional experience of my life. I order the "somewhere we can go set" recently. It came to my house damaged and dirty. I was told that if I return I should recieve my money back in store credit which included shipping, the items cost and the return shipping. The shipping cost from fashion nova is about $6-7, the set cost me $17.46 and my return cost was $11. I realize that fashion nova reimburses shipping for up to $10 only and that was fine with me as long as I got a new clean set.
With that being said I should be receiving nearly $30 back. I've sent numerous emails to fashion nova and the only responce I get is the same damn email of $8.76. Stop robbing me of my money and wasting my time. I just wanted a clean set and it's pathetic that I have to send this company so many emails after I recieved a damaged set. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous.
Oh and I tried to leave a review for the item and wouldn't post. They delete all bad reviews.
I've placed an order on June 13th and June 22nd; it's July 5th and still nothing. Like I've sent email after email and they send the same damn email I'm sure everyone has received! I've ordered numerous times from FN and have never had an issue until now. What pisses me off most and what I think the others who've commented is that we can't get customer service! They can't attentively reach out to us who are affected behind their $#*! and come to some form of agreement with the customer. Instead, you make a unanimous decision on how YOU will handle someone else hardworking money (OUT YOUR DAMN MIND). You think giving a gift card will smooth things over? HELL NAW! Now had you spoke to someone and that's what we chose to do then yeah but that is not how you handle business. Evidently you suck at that too because I've never seen soooo many recent comments to a company about the same experience! This has truly effected your clientele and value as a business. Can't be trusted. Reporting your $#*! to BBB.
I never have to worry when I do last minute shopping because I know fashionnova will always be there on time and I will get my package on the time promised.

I emailed their "customer service" multiple times, it took three days just to get a response, the wrong one at that. I just wanted to know why my gift card was not working. I called the number provided, but its a complete joke, you will not get through to an actual human)
So Customer service finally got back to me with an answer that did even answer my question. In any event, I ended up using my debit card and I specifically made a purchase over $100 so that I could get the two day shipping, as I was leaving for vacation!- I placed this order early on Tuesday a May 1st!
The package should have gotten there no later than Friday May 4. I received confirmation that it would get there on Friday May 4th, so I even took the day off to receive package! It never came and the delivery got changed somehow to Saturday. On Saturday, I waited again the entire day and evening, and again same thing never came! This package was clearly not sent via two day shipping.
-So I had to leave for my trip Saturday night with none of the clothes I ordered! Even worst, it actually didn't even attempt to be delivered until after a whole two extra business days after!
Two day shipping took over 1 week. I never received the package! These are all clearly mistakes on their end so there should be no issue giving me my refund back to my credit card right? WRONG!.
Furthermore I emailed their "customer service" and requested they refunded my original method of payment once the package got sent back to them. They totally ignored my email and issued me a gift card and are now going back and forth with me and standing by their decision to not issue a refund. This is unacceptable. I won't be ordering from them again, the horrible customer service you received is not worth saving a few bucks. I had ordered so much from them in the past and I am baffled that they will not issue you a refund even if they have clearly made a mistake!

They ship from outside of the US, the shipping normally isn't too bad of a wait, roughly 3-4 weeks on average. Regardless, I keep coming back!

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

Answer: Same... placed 2 orders for my vacation. The 25th and 30th of Nov. Needed the dress for my birthday weekend away. I got one dress when I came back and the other one is being delivered today. The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
