FN has gotten my correct size every time I order. Their size guide is very effective and I'm glad they have that.
The website advertises 2 day shipping. I've waited well over that and they will delete negative feedback on website or IG. Unprofessional
For my over $300 order that I placed on November 25th, I contacted them the other day (when I made my first review) and let them know that on December 12th (TODAY) I'll be filing a chargeback dispute with my bank if they don't ship my order. It has been 3 weeks! They clearly didn't give a *******@mn because they still sent the same email saying my order will be shipped in '5 more business days'... but it's already been nearly 3 WEEKS.
They ruined my Holidays, I was so excited for all these clothes. So now I'm having to rush and re-create items similar to my order elsewhere. I'm going on F21 and prettylittlething to try to find similar clothes :( THANKS FASHION NOVA, ENJOY THE CHARGEBACK! GUESS MY $300 WASN'T IMPORTANT

It's a shame... how do you expect to run a successful "Online" business and you just TAKE people money. I have NEVER experience this type of service in my life. Now I do understand that lot of people just say stuff im a skeptic too believe me but im also a picky person and this site fits all my needs.
No one does quite what they do. They've got great clothes and amazing prices. And they gave me a refund even when it was way past the return by date.
I PAID FOR AN ITEM AMONGST THREE OTHER ITEMS THAT WERE ORDERED ON JANUARY 11TH AND AFTER I ORDERED AND PAID FOR THIS I RECIEVED AN EMAIL THE FOLLOWING DAY STATING THAT ONE OF MY ITEMS WAS NO LONGER IN STOCK AND I WOULD RECIEVE MY CREDIT WITHIN 24-48 HOURS. IT HAS NOW BEEN OVER 1 WEEK AND NO ONE HAS PROVIDED ME WITH THIS CREDIT INFORMATION WHATSOEVER. I'VE EMAILED NUMEROUS TIMES AND NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO ANSWER MY QUESTION REGARDING MY CREDIT. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD AND I WILL BE POSTING THIS EVERYWHERE IF I DON'T GET MY CREDIT BACK.
