I have ordered items multiple times from fashion Nova with no problems. Recently I was able to visit one of the Fashion Nova stores in LA before Christmas. So, I thought it was a good idea to get gift cards for my 2 girls for Christmas since they are always ordering from there as well. Well, because the gift card was bought in store it cannot be used to purchase items online. I am very pissed off about this because when the cards were purchased, nothing of the sort was not stated! AND, to top it off my girls live on the East Coast so I just wasted money for something that cannot be used!
I wish I could rate them 0 stars. I spent $150. Returned most of it because it was either damaged with black ink or too small. They charged me $8 shipping to return. I paid. Almost 2 months later they're telling me I never returned anything and they can't track it, but I followed their online return procedure AND paid for return shipping. I am not happy with them. They are very hard to get in contact with AND only seem to respond to emails with pre-scripted responses.
After my third purchases, I'm thinking about getting more items here at fashionnova. They're just so good, the quality never betrays.
