I purchased two separate orders with fashion nova on Feb10,2018 I received my first purchase on Feb 15,2018. I had 2 day shipping on both purchases but I understand processing might take time plus it was the weekend so it wasn't a big deal. But as of today, March 4,2018, I have not received my second purchase or receive any confirmation that it was being shipped. On my purchase status it just saus paid because they made sure they got their money but I haven't my purchase. All my attempts to call have gone unanswered (I waited almost 20min 4 different times and each time the phone would click after listening to the music and just hang up on me) and my emails have been replied to with the generic email sent saying "Hey #NovaBabe,

And yet almost a month later still no shipping email or response to my reply emails. I really like what I received in my first purchase and I wanted my second purchase and to keep spending my money with them but of I get ignored and my money taken with no response then I can no longer support them. I would understand of they sent me a message saying hey something is out of stock or something but nope. I was so happy with fashion nova now I'm just pissed off.

Shipments takes forever to come. Terrible customer service. Throw the whole company away basically. I ordered my outfit Sunday and its Saturday, my outfit still isnt here thats almost a whole week but its suppose to be 2 day shipping they really need to update their site because thats not true at all! I had place 2 orders with Fashionova on February 26 2018 and the shipping advertise up to 3 day shipping and its March 2nd 2018 and I still havent received my 1st order from them I spent $494 on just my 1st order (not includinding my second order) and the status still says unfulfilled I keep messaging them and they wont respond about this specific order. They pick and choose what emails the want to respond to, and they dont have a direct phone where you can get in contact with a CSR. I would not recommend this website to ANYONE.And if you do purchase from them DO NOT SPEND A BIG AMOUNT. THEY DO NOT KEEP THERE WORDS. IF YOU DO DECIDE TO ORDER FROM HERE MAKE YOU KNOW SOME LAWYERS. THEY DONT HAVE OVER 1,000 VAD REVIEWS FOR NOTHING.

With all the hype, I was feeling unusually optimistic about ordering a pair of their jeans. For my first order, shipping took over 2 weeks and the jeans were too baggy. Second time around, I decided to get a smaller size in. Different colour, shipping took nearly A MONTH, I payed practically $50 for the entire shipping fees and they turned out to be not too baggy, but too long. Seems they were made for someone reallyy tall, and i'm 5'8 so... Horrible experience both times, huge regrets

Honestly they dont even get a star from me! This is by far the worst company Ive ever come across! My items were returned back to them dated 2/2, till today 3/1 i still didnt get my REFUND! Doesnt their policy say 5-7 business days? BULL$#*!! Ive been going back and forth with emails tried calling them no answer. My items were deliver to an incorrect address and not the one I provided to them they have ignored all 32 emails I have send to them. Without prior checking were my package went with usps. I lost my money and merchandise. I have being emailing them for the past four days and they still cannot resolve my problem. The phone number they have is automatic and has no customer service and they do not respond back to emails. I will no longer order from this website very disappointing.
