I placed an order on Friday 02\23, because i spent $200, I was eligable for the"Fast 2 day shipping'. While their site says that orders take 24-48 hours for processing, and they do not ship on holidays or weekends. Business days only! M-F only! Before a 1Pm cutoff. You will be emailed upon order being shipped and if the order is unable to be fullfilled they will send you notice via email. These asswipes have done nothing but send me automated emiail responses as to Processing time. It has been over 144 hours on Business days, with NO confirmation of order OR that it cant be fullfilled. Oh but they took my money out of my account without hesitation. They should start mailing out toilet paper to all their customers, for all the $#*! they give them!

Fashion nova was such a horrible experience that I felt I needed to write my first review ever. First of my package took well over two weeks to arrive which I didnt think was such a big deal. I tried the clothes on and at least half of the clothes didnt fit me, the material was extremely cheap (I bet even Walmart could do better). When I tried to do the easy return, it said for international returns to contact them. Which is a joke! The have a bogus call Center if you can call it that, its basically an answering machine and their emails are just as bad. They send you an automated email and thats it. If I want to send it regarles Im going to have to pay out of my own pocket $60 dollars! Never shopping there ever again! If anyone wants their $#*! clothes Ill be selling it all on eBay for its actual worth (nothing). Ignore the one star because honestly, its a ZERO.

Let me just start off by saying, as a customer service representative for a company, this was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had... ever.
It prompted me to write this review.

Ordered over 100$ worth of merchandise... which qualified me for the free 2 day shipping. That's obviously a blatant lie. As it has been almost 2 weeks since I placed my order and I still have not received tracking information on my order.

Highly disappointed with the fact that they only send an automated message back to your questions or concerns. And extremely frustrating to spend money no matter the amount and not have your items when expected.

Hopefully, the clothes come in and are of decent quality but I still would never choose to order from this site again.

So one day i decided to order because everyone talks about the clothes from here so i wanted to try. I order my item just to try, see the quality and to see how it fit me, long story short, still waiting for my jean... been trying to call them, contact them, email them... nothing works. Everything is a lie. They said that i should get my jean in two days yeah... two weeks later still nothing. Calling them is a waste of time, never answer the phone or the emails. NEVER TRYING IT AGAIN. $#*!TY LIARS.

I ordered a few items knowing that the quality on some may be questionable. Think Forever21. The website said that they have "easy returns." Cool. Boy was I wrong. They first make you fill out a return card. Not hard. Then I went to see where I could print out the return label. There is no return label. Why? Because they make you pay for return shipping! So if you consider going to the post office, waiting in line to have your returns weighed, and paying extra for things that don't fit - by all means, its "easy." I will never order from here again; BUT I HAVE TO. Why? Because they only give store credit for returns... So unless you are certain that your items will be a 100%, don't bother.

What's up Fashion Nova the Devil.

I'm writing this review as your $#*!ty business has brought nothing but misery to me and my poor wallet. 14 days ago I ordered over 100 dollars worth of your junk and up until the day I'm writing this, I still haven't received them yet. I understand that Fashion Devil allocates so much of their budget (that comes from silly people like me who ends up buying from this company) towards sponsoring famous rich girls to wear their clothing, mindless in-your-face ads, yet they spend so little to ensure the actual paying customers are satisfied.

I live in a proper city in Germany where other packages usually reach me just fine, but Fashion Devil chooses to use RRD (whatever the hell that is) to ship the package and when I reached to both RRD and Fashion Devil, no answer was given. While other websites use DHL and UPS as their shipping method, this company chooses RRD? Really. Try leaving them comments on their instagram? Those will be deleted. Sending emails? Those will NOT be answered.

I truly regret shopping there, my whole life I will spend telling people not to shop there as much as I can. I would hate to see people's hard earned money gone to waste/ towards $#*!ty quality clothes.

If I could give Fashion Nova the Devil 0 star, I really really would.

To those thinking of caving in and ordering the stuff, DON'T. You will not get your packages in time and for the price you can certainly get better clothes some place else. Perhaps from another website where they value your money and treat you properly.
