Love this site. I have sometimes received items with faults, but they always solve it if you complain. Once I had a shirt with a hole in it, I just sent a picture and they sent a new one right away. Remember to look at the availability info (sometimes it says the item will ship within 7-14 days) so you don't get disappointed if it takes a while to get to you.

Definitely my first and last time ever ordering from this company. I purchased an item and was told it would come in within 3-5 business days. After waiting three weeks I contacted customer service via phone call and email with no answer to either. Nearly two months later still no package and several phone calls and emails later, still no answer. Absolutely terrible experience. Several others have had the same. DO NOT ORDER.
