Goodluck trying to get your refund with this company. i have been waiting for 2 months when they state in their terms and conditions its a 5 day process. They have a massive following, I don't know why these need to hold onto my money when they never delivered my parcel. Just refund what's rightfully mine and do whatever you want with your followers. You have no class, no worth if you treat your customers like this because of a large number of following. Continue with this type of service and it'll come right back and bite you in the a$$. What goes around comes back around so if i were this company, I'd get my sh*t together and do the right thing because all you are is a follower yourself! So sad...

Based on rave reviews from people and my favorite celebs, I made my first order to see what all the excitement was about. I order two items from their plus size line and was surprised none of them fit! While tiring to return I was shocked such a popular store cant afford free return labels. After spending (wasting) on a label I was even more disappointed at their refund policy, they dont give you back your money but a useless store credit to spend on more FashionNovea clothes talk about freaking self-servicing. They didn't even give me the full amount in credit, I utterly feel ripped off I cant believe such a scam of a business is so popular. BUYER BEWEAR!
