Bad quality item & Return Policies

The time frame to complain about anything in your order is 2 weeks from delivery. I was missing 2 items in my order and i opened my package 4 days after i received it. I realized i was missing stuff the next day. Which left me 9 days to talk to customer service. I feel like that's not enough time when considering people have busy lives. Also the quality isn't that great for the clothing which is to be expected with fast fashion, but the pricing is way too high.

It's too bad you can't give a "no star" rating.
They take your money, fail to have your items shipped and instead of fixing any issues the delivery service has with the order, they accept the items back into their stock and never inform the customer of the issue. They don't issues your "refund" (gift card for store credit) until you ask what's going on with your order(which you have to figure out for yourself prior to contacting them). Then they give you a gift card which doesn't work and then they claim it's already been used! Wtf! You basically have to buy the items again…AT HIGHER PRICES…so you have to spend a little more money to get the same items again…do you see where I'm going with this?! Just to have it failed to be delivered again and now you get another gift card with higher store credit…and the vicious cycle of bull$#*! continues. To their credit…whoever is working in CS is polite…but God bless them because they have to deal with the wrath brought upon by the insane bull$#*! that they call their return policy.

And the hoes won't give me my damn money back. I am very pissed I'm black I will not recommend at all the won't give me my re found & it's not even been shipped yet they will not let me cancel it they are trying to give me a gift card what the $#*! am I going to do with a gift card I can't pay my bills will a fashion nova gift card.

I never had a problem with Fashion Nova until now! My daughter ordered two dresses, they said it was delivered, but we never received them! They will not give us a refund or resend our items. They have poor customer service and does not care about their customers. What they need to know is that it's us, the customers, we're the reason you were able to have Fashion Nova. If it wasn't for us supporting you, you would not exist! I hope you guys look over this review and reconsider how wrongly you are treating your customers. I pray God touches your hearts before you lose your business, because this is not fair to your customers. Remember this, Karma is real. Have a blessed day

I feel like I have been professionally scammed.
Fashion Nova you'll should value your customers input.
This is the second time ordering a package and not receiving it due to the carrier you'll chooses to use for us. And will be the last time. A lesson learned for me. Before placing an online order I will be sure to research who's their carrier first.
When you know better, you do better!
Clearly my package was delivered to the wrong door/ house. I drove up and down my street and sent out a neighborhood alert.
It's not even a house on my street that looks like tracking confirmation picture.
Fashion Nova this shows a lot towards your customers appreciation. It should be imperative to you'll knowing that your customers are getting the services they paid for as valued customers.
To mention to you both Lasership shipping and Fashion Nova it is very unprofessional, irritating and far from efficient customer service not being able to speak to a live rep/ agent from you'll companies when you'll $#*! up. (But it is very easy to submit our money for purchases).
As a certified operating business you both need to do better
My order number # ******* is proof of my purchase from Fashion Nova. I shouldn't have to submit a photo of receipt. It is already beyond frustrating having to send emails after emails to reach you'll when you'll $#*!ed up.

POOR customer service

I placed an order with Fashion Nova in late November. I received my order in a timely manner (yay). However, I had to return some items because they were too big. I purchased the return label and received an email stating they received my return request. I was expecting a credit of $162. To this day I haven't received my store credit. There's no live representative to speak to and I keep getting the same dumb $#*! response every time I email them. Their response was; I'd already used my credit. The two emails I received had the same order number with two different dates (Dec 25 and Feb 21) of when I allegedly used the store credit. This was my first and last time ever buying anything from Fashion Nova. I feel like I've been scammed.

Terrible experience

Everything sucks! They take about two weeks just to ship the items and when they finally arrive they get either lost on the way or you get sizes that don't fit because the size chart sucks. It's just outrageous the amount of incompetence and lack of Custer service support. There are no phone numbers whatsoever to contact customer services just because there isn't any customer service available. I'm never spending a single penny in this website.

I ordered something March 18, said it was shipped on March 22. In actuality they created a label but both American & Canadian UPS said no package had been dropped off... This guy that owns this company is a multi millionaire & now I get why. No phone number to contact, website just gives you the runaround with getting an email back. I would NEVER recommend shopping on this website. I have spent like 3 hours on the phone & emailing with no luck at all. The clothes might be well priced & cool but the customer service is an absolute JOKE!

I ordered three items from Fashion Nova that were initially scheduled to arrive 04/01/2022. I received an email stating that it would arrive early; March 30th. After not arriving on that date, I received another email stating the items were undeliverable with NO CONCRETE EXPLANATION to why. I then submitted a customer request in regards to delivery issue and received an email stating the following:

This could have happened due to different reasons:

Regrettably we do not have the option to reship a returned to sender package. Once your return is fully processed by our Returns Team and you received the store credit for the items, you are more than welcome to place a new order at https://www.fashionnova.com/

I verified that my address was correct in the order and was home the entire day the package was expected to arrive. So now I'm without the merchandise and I'm receiving a STORE CREDIT from an online vendor that I will NEVER shop with again. This is unacceptable and I do not plan to shop with this company again.

This is my first time ordering in already got a bad review to give first I was returning my item in went post office then the barcode don't work. No one too call how can you have a big company like this in no one to talk to. I need another size for a wedding don't know what to do. This is bad business they take your money right away then you got to wait to get a respond on your money in the item I will never order from them again first in last I think they are scamming people. Order placed on 3/11/22 no updates from fashion nova or the shipper. I just want to cancel my order at this point it's not worth the headache but I can't seem to get an email response or anyone on the phone. I can spend the 400+ elsewhere and still get a customer service rep on the phone to provide assistance. Yall are trash I've ordered from FN multiple times before and this is by far the worst experience and will be the reason I won't shop FN again I'd rather walk on glass

This company is terrible, I tried to return items, i purchased the returned label, and the label doesn't work, they don't have customer service, won't answer emails, or messages in social media, they stole the money for the label and won't allow me to return the items. There is no way to get through. Fake help center, don't fall on the scam.

Unpleasant Experience

I sent an outfit that I could not fit. I forgot to place the receipt in the box; I contacted customer support and sent the receipt. I was told that my outfit was received and I'll be awarded a gift card to purchase another outfit. I have yet to hear from customer support and it's been over two months. I have come to terms with losing my outfit and my money. I'll no longer be a customer of Fashion Nova. I hope nobody else experience what I have experienced.

I placed a first time order with Fashion Nova online. The product was such poor quality - threads hanging everywhere including unfinished serged edges, and puckering on the rear because fabric was not lined up appropriately before being stitched, I tried to return all of it. One item couldn't be returned because it was "final sale" though this was not conveyed when purchased and still doesn't show on my order. I paid $8 to return, then received an e-gift card. I contacted customer service as I did not want an gift card - I wanted a refund to my form of payment. Customer service said they don't do refunds. What?!?!?! I would never have ordered from them if that had been communicated - and its so bizarre it should be communicated clearly up front. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Who knows if I'll get my money back - I would not recommend anyone buy from this unethical company.

Major Crooks!

My best friend purchased a dress from these crooks, and the delivery company who I swear is in cahoots with Fashion Nova. The delivery (and I use that term very loosely) delivered her package to her neighbors porch next door to her, and they have vicious dogs, so they must've just threw the package and then took the picture. This was on the 03/18, she had no idea, her package was on their porch, because Fashion Nova never send a email or confirmation number.So she had no idea her merchandise had been sent out. When she finally got through to the help center, the order was lost and they had to investigate. They located the order and sent my friend a email with the order # and confirmation #When she went to the link for the shipping site, you can see the picture where it was delivered to, which was her neighbors porch, and the shipping company told her they're not responsible after 48 Hrs, and instructed her to reach out to the merchant. She has tried with no success to reach back out to Fashion Nova, with the order # they gave her, which is not a valid order #. She either monies back or what she ordered. What kind of company are you running, where you can't speak to a CSR personally? The kind of company that just wants to take your money. See pictures below of the neighbors porch and her porch.Her and I both went to the neighbors house and they said they never saw a package, and even if they did, it's not their responsibility to return it to her, everyone is not honest. I'm enclosing the invalid order# *******.

If your purchase does not work out, which is highly probable with internet shopping, you will not receive a refund. You will not only have to pay for return shipping, you will only receive a store credit. Shop carefully and go with a reputable online retailer, if possible.

A few times my order has been left in my hallway without the delivery person even attempting to knock. I stopped ordering from Fashion Nova for a long time because when by their delivery persons faults I don't get my items and they give me a hard time. Today same thing I'm in my kitchen making coffee I get three alerts that my package has been delivered but there is nothing and I'm home! You can't call them and their online "help" app just goes in circles. Horrible company I should've stayed away like I did for over a year! Im so mad right now.

I have bought numerous fashion nova dresses since they 1st became a company. There is a complete difference in the material that they use when they were a smaller company versus to what they use right now. The material is not of good quality nor are the seams straight or flattering
Since becoming a bigger company the quality of clothing has been lost. I see that you guys concentrate more on getting the dollar and not the quality of the product. I will not be ordering anything from you guys jeans lingerie or dresses
