Whenever I faced any website or ticket booking issue with FareDepot.com I have called up the customer care department number and have received help. The website has a great customer care help desk team.
I was stranded at Chicago airport in the middle of the night and was completely lost because of the airport security; I called Faredepot and Charles one of the customer care executives went beyond his designated duty and arranged everything for. He helped me with everything I needed. Not only he arranged for my hotel stay and cab but also the assurance he gave me helped me a lot to keep my cool. I would love to get back to Faredepot for all my flights. Thank you for your helpfulness. Cheers!
I wanted cheap flight tickets for my trip to Goa because I wanted to save and spend the amount in Goa, buying gifts for my friends and folks. FareDepot.com was the best thing to have happened to me. I got my tickets for real cheap.
I bought a round trip ticket to London from Austin. The fare was $512. I used a credit card. After 6 hours, an email came from the credit card company that the payment was cancelled because it was suspicious. Then I called to the credit card company and they said the purchase was $*******. They declined because it was out of the limit. Now what happened if it would be within the credit limit or I if I would buy with a debit card?
I had to book tickets for a family trip to Manila. Since I had more tickets to book this time, I was looking for a site where I could get tickets for less. A friend of mine suggested me FareDepot.com and I browsed the website. I selected my tickets and the total price was much less than I had imagined it to be. It was too attractive to be booked instantaneously. I am coming back to this site again! It’s got great price.
I made reservations and SELECTED seats in Premium Economy for 3 passengers. While checking reservations today (Friday-flight on Tuesday) I discovered I had no seats. When I called Fare Depot I was told I didn't have seats because the airline makes the decision. I was told to call the airlines. At this time, there were only 3 seats left scattered and none of us can sit together. I was told by an employee and supervisor to call the airline and I asked them to call but they were too busy (I'm not important enough to make me happy). Nothing on the website said I had to call the airline directly to get my seats. I AM FURIOUS! They need to disclose the fact that they really aren't making a seat reservation and you have to call the airline! AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Worst customer service. They did not inform me about the cancelled flight. Once I informed them 2 days before the flight, Then I was told they will get back to me in couple hours, then next day. Then I gave them time for one whole day but no response. I called them back after enough of waiting. They put me on hold for 25 minutes. I posted a review in the mean time then it seems like they were worried so much about review. They supposedly rebooked me on a flight after 1.5 hours on call. On the day of my flight I found out that the original flight I am not on the original flight but was booked on a flight 4 hours later. It's such a mess not worth booking with them
Fd is one of the best travel website that I have come across in the recent times. It has been providing me great service and value for money for the tickets that I had booked. I highly recommend it for

Their fault made me lose my flight of 1250 I contact airline and they asked me to ask 3rd party to call I keep calling and telling them what to do but keep always trying to put blame on me and no help
I have to say this is the closest to getting scammed on the internet I've gotten. I purchased a ticket but was told I need to supply them with some amounts deposited into my credit card account to finalize the sale. Since I couldn't get that in time (and I really needed to be on that flight!) I decided to book directly with Pacific Coastal Airlines and cancelled the ticket with Faredepot (to save everybody time). However I was still charged for it and when I called the Airline they said that people from Faredepot didn't cancel it in time (even though I cancelled it with them in time!) so they only issued them a credit for something like $44. After numerous attempts to contact Faredepot Customer service I didn't get the refund or the $44 credit. I would advise against this company.

They changed so many times my itinerary until the very day of my trip. They said the airlines cancelled the flights so they had to redo the schedule which by the way had either stupid huge time between flights or no time at all making the connection imposible (according to them I would be in Montreal and Miami at the same time). I called so many times to customer service and they didn´t solve anything. Finally I had to talk directly to the airlines.
Never again!
My experience with customer care department for online ticket booking was not favorable. But my experience with FareDepot.com changed my perception. I was booking my online tickets for Madrid and dialed in the customer care department for assistance. A young man named Alfred attended my call and listened to my questions and gently helped with the required data. I could easily complete my online ticket booking with complete ease.
I was tempted by a good price quote.
So I registered as a member.
I tried then to log in,
but the log in page does not accept any typing.
I sent a feedback to a provided email address
only to get that email back as undeliverable...

I recently had an awful experience with this site. I booked two tickets. One wasn't ticketed and I was overcharged on my credit card. After calling and getting hung up on and then emailing I received a response that the reservation was ticketed the whole time (it wasn't because once it was ticketed the link in the previous emails changed from confirmed to ticketed) and that there was nothing that they could do about the difference in charges. They said the taxes went up. The second fare the wrong date was booked. I tried calling several times within 24 hours and was hung up on or the line went dead. When I finally got a hold of someone they said it was my fault and that to correct it would cost $350. They would not give me a break down of the fees or a reason other than it was my fault. I called delta asking for their help and they were astonished at my experience. They said they should have a policy for changes within 24 hours.
I had to go to Milan to meet my sister and as the flights to Europe were expensive, I had to a lot of homework to do. It was at Facebook I got introduced to FareDepot. The price amazed me and I was much impressed at the first look of their website. So easy to book my flights and the charges were transparent. This year I am again going to Milan to attend the Milan Expo and have booked my flights early with FareDepot. Great Service!
I have been buying flight tickets online for years and this is by far the worst experience I ever had! The whole company is literately a scam. DO NOT USE THEM even if the tickets are free. I'm pretty sure any of the positive reviews are from the employees in India.
I was quite impressed with the simplicity of finding flights that I was interested in booking and the ease of booking those flights. The prices were the best online and the insurance option was great as well. The customer care representative Verden was also very supportive in the entire process. I will use Faredepot in future!
For my business I have to frequently fly to Asian countries. My manager suggested that I get my tickets done from FareDepot.com. The website offers affordably priced tickets to the Asian countries. I am happy to have come across this travel website.

Bought a last minute ticket through Fare Depot to go home to see my ill Grandmother for what might be the last time. In an emotional state already, it was the cherry on top to find out Fare Depot had scammed me for my money and never actually sent the money they took from my account to American Airlines. I spoke with someone who tried to tell me that my credit card company wasn't allowing charges to go through on my account. I replied telling him that's funny because I never used a credit card to make the purchase. I missed my flight and had to buy a new one on the spot for a later time in the day. Since I had a huge gap in the day and had already taken a vacation day from work, I immediately went to my bank to report a fraudulent claim. Praying I get my money back. Extreme disappoint. You're better off paying a little bit more directly to the airline than experiencing the kind of day I have had.

Faredepot is a fraud site.
I booked a ticket on april 3rd with www.Faredepot.com from Boston to Dublin.
Faredepot never issued my ticket but same day the company processed my credit card to book a hotel & car in lima under totally different name.
When I called them, they asked me to contact the credit card company to dispute the charges. They never explained to my why this happened in the first place.
This site is a fraud. They need to be reported to ploice.

Answer: On April 24 2016 i purchase a flight ticket to natal Brazil on line from FARE Depot.COM, on the amount of $587.71, at the day of the flight, august 13 2016 at checking baggage and ticket counter i got a surprised information that my plane ticket was cancel,. Answer: Don't think you can select your seat through Fare Depot. You have to work directly with the airline for that.
