How can you justify charging people over $200.00 to change one letter on their E-Ticket? SCAMMERS / MONEY HUNGRY

Hi Sarah. We understand your frustration. But, please understand something - Since we are dealing directly with the Airline, all the information you give us must be accurate and correct in order to fly. If there is something wrong with the information you provided, and we must make a change to your reservation, the airline charges a penalty fee. As it is our duty and responsibility, we provide you with the information you need and quote you the Airline's penalty fee as per the rules at the time.
