Fare Depot took my credit card info and charged me for flights. They then cancelled the flights, did not notify me, and refused to refund my money. They are close to fraudulent as you can legally get. I would not recommend them to anyone.

They are a travel company. However, they outsource to India, and the people there do a terrible job using outdated booking software. Even the airlines I spoke with to try and rectify the mess they made were shocked at how ill-equipped they were. Stay away - if something goes wrong with your ticket, FareDepot will not be able to help, and will not care to. They are one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. You have been warned.

Faredepot is a scam. Book flight with connection 2 hours away impossible to make connection. It is a fraud company!

Fraud is deliberate deception to secure unfair or unlawful gain. Therefore, this company is still fraud. My ticket got canceled and they didn't even bothered to tell me. I lost the entire ticket and money! I hate this company.

My suggestion is to stay away from this company. I felt very mistreated and patronized. I travel quite a lot and I have never been treated as poorly as I was by this company.

My experience would not lead me to call them fraudulent, but rather incompetent with abysmal customer service.
