How can i make seat number reservation on my tickets?

Answer:

Don't think you can select your seat through Fare Depot. You have to work directly with the airline for that.

I booked a flight with you and got your email about verifying my credit card payment. then you cancelled my reservation before the verification-transaction showed up on my credit card. but sure enough also charged me for the flight that you cancelled. again - both items showed up after you cancelled my reservation. i called united airlines and got the information (on the phone and in writing) that the reservation has been voided and fully refunded back to you. 1. what is this verification process for if you just charge me anyways, no matter if i verify that i'm the rightful credit card owner or not? 2. i want a full refund within 10 days, or you are going to hear from my lawyer. the same message also went to sales@faredepot.com containing my booking number.

On April 24 2016 i purchase a flight ticket to natal Brazil on line from FARE Depot.COM, on the amount of $587.71, at the day of the flight, august 13 2016 at checking baggage and ticket counter i got a surprised information that my plane ticket was cancel,. After calling over 3 hours back and forward the airline main office and the travel agency, no one can't give me an explanation why my flight was cancel, i lost the flight, them. I was told i will get full refund, but never happen. I'm about to file a dispute in small claims court, against faredepot.com, They are totally fraudulent company

It looks like your good reviews are all written by the same person... they are too similar. now we cannot get any answer to our telephone calls so looks like the negative reviews could be right. please answer this email quickly or we will be calling our credit card company to reverse charges. thanks

How can you justify charging people over $200.00 to change one letter on their e-ticket? scammers / money hungry

But, please understand something - Since we are dealing directly with the Airline, all the information you give us must be accurate and correct in order to fly. If there is something wrong with the information you provided, and we must make a change to your reservation, the airline charges a penalty fee. As it is our duty and responsibility, we provide you with the information you need and quote you the Airline's penalty fee as per the rules at the time.
