I paid extra for a flex ticket. It was impossible to change the date. I sent lots of e-mails asking them to change the date. Each time I received an automatic reply saying they would contact me within 24 hours. NOT ONCE DID THEY REPLY...

THIS COMPANY IS DODGY AND HAS VERY LITTLE INTEGRITY. GO ELSEWHERE FOR PEACE OF MIND- THEY TRIED TO TELL ME THAT I BOOKED THE WRONG DATE WHEN THE CAPTURE BELOW CLEARLY SHOWS MY DATES.

They deserve zero stars. Avoid using Esky. Emails never get answered by a human. Book directly with airline and save yourself the frustration of using a third party.

Back in Feb I booked a ticket from Cork to Bristol. Last minute job kind of so booked this Company. Needless to say the ticket can be issued "2 hours" before departure... I live over 2 hrs from the Airport! And this is exactly what they did to include T&C's etc., etc. As I did not receive my ticket several hours beforehand (had to be there at 6.30am) I felt I had no choice but to book another ticket with Aer Lingus for comfort sale. And yes the confirmed within minutes. What a rip-off! Polish crowd, knowing exactly what that were doing... Lost my initial ticket price & had to pay twice for the one journey. Tried going through the usual pathetic route but as usual no joy! LESSON LEARNT! DO NOT BOOK YOUR TRAVEL TICKET WITH THIS "EXCUSE OF A COMPANY ". TAKE IT FROM ME, I KNOW!
Bought 2 tickets from esky to fly with Lying Air to Malaga, due to Covid within family (& contact) we could'nt fly.
We have taken out insurance cover with the Post Office so all I need is a letter from esky to state 'no show'. Completely wasting my time, asked repeatedly for this letter and they dont respond. DO NOT USE THIS COWBOY OUTFIT.
Don't bother with esky. Book directly with the airline. You will waste your money working with them. They cheated me out of $120 that I never would have had to pay if I booked directly with Delta.
Don't even think about booking with Esky. They never respond to any of your emails. Impossible to contact. I couldn't alter my flights and as a result had to book alternative flights
E-sky is the biggest scam
E-sky is the biggest scam. We purchased a total of 5 airline tickets for the exact same flight, date, and time. We purchased 2 of those tickets through e-sky. The other merchant has refunded our monies for the canceled flights due to COVID, and e-sky continues to LIE and say that the airline is not refunding the tickets when we that to be false. We already received a refund from the other online travel agency but e-sky continues to blame the airline. Communication with them is also nearly impossible, the worst customer service. PLEASE DO NOT USE E-SKY to purchase your travel tickets. This is supposed to be a happy time, as we were all planning to travel as a family to our country and we have lost a few thousand dollars because e-sky is refusing to refund us the money.
This is not a travel agency, they are not regulated nor, are they trustworthy. They simply take a boking fee for something which you can do yourself. Save yourself the time, pain and money and use a reputable travel agency or, book directly with an airline. The saga: my daughter booked a flight with them, they charged her for that flight then, a couple of days later, sent an email informing her that they have cancelled the flight and will refund her. A bit annoyed but, as she is travelling with friends, she then booked a flight with the airline directly. The flight was acutally over 100 Euro more booking via esky than direct with the airline (700 Euro direct cost). Now, esky refuse to refund the flight, claiming that there is a second booking (for which there was no confirmation, payment, email or, any other evidence of it's existence). We patiently emailed and called them many times but, they will not even accept the receipt of the information that we have provided them. I have never been treated so poorly by a vendor nor, have I ever made a review like this. Please avoid.
I'm trying to get my refund now for almost 6 months for a cancelled flight. No assistance, no update, no proactive communication, nothing. Worst customer "service" ever.
Awful company! Made a booking with them in January to fly in July. Flights were cancelled due to COVID. Im still waiting for my refund. Someone contacted me to fill in the insurance refund form. That had to be returned by the day of the flight. I did that and have heard nothing more about that. I was told i was receiving a refund just over 4 weeks ago. It said it could take up to 4 weeks. Its now over 4 weeks and its still not received. And they were going to only refund £480 of the £540 they owe me.
Ive tried using the contact form that their automatic reply tells everyone to use but I cant get a response. Ive sent facebook messages and I just get an automated response. I comment on their facebook posts and get an automated response. Ive asked for their complaints procedure and been told to use the online 'contact us' form and then not had any response.
Why do they not just refund all these very unhappy customers? They should be making every effort to keep their customers happy if they want to continue being in business!
If anyone has any idea who I can complain to, who would be able to help all out cases, who they are regulated by or an Ombudsman who will be able to do something, Id appreciate your help.
I made a hotel reservation that was refundable for June 2021. I decided to use hotels.com since I have a rewards program. They had messed up one of the rooms of the two that I booked so I cancelled the other one, I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for a refund. They said that they are working with the "provider" what ever that means. I contacted the hotel and they said that esky had NEVER reached out to them. They did not charge my card esky did. THIS IS A SCAM. I am now having my VISA deal with them. I am pissed off. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER AND THEY ONLY REACH BACK TO THEN IF YOU DO A COMPLAINT. STAY AWAY FROM ESKY!
Flight cancelled due to covid-19 and have not gotten a refund even after 14months.
When contacted via email, they give a generic reply which is of no help at all.
I would consider my money gone.
Esky Is unlike any airlines I have used to make flight reservations For the past 30 years. They made a change to my flight and the have tried to explain that the problem was mine not theirs. I had booked a flight home from Denver to Atlanta. There was no number to call and they only take information By passengers by us of a form. The company is from Poland and the time difference 6 hours. They do shut their offices and are not 24 hours service. My notification to them about the wrong flight was not answered for 17 days despite being contacted by me about via email about 12 times. They sometimes wil send you a accepted change of flight but you only have 6 hours to respond despite the recognized time difference. You must always pay for the change of the flight before it is accepted. I scheduled another flight from United when they had Not responded to my Request until 17 days. They then told me my flight was not reimbursable. So I had to cancel my other United tickets and pray that I the Esky reservations would finally be changed. I booked on 9/15/2020 and as of today my ticket has not been changed and it is only 6 days to my departure. I have never been treated with less respect from any other company I have dealt with. I made a complaint to resolver also. Too bad you did not have this information when you booked your flight. I have never heard of any other companies that treat you so badly

They will take your money and give you back nothing! Probably you will never get boarding pass and if you try to change date of your flight (as you're laying in hospital), forget it! YOU CAN'T REACH THEM ON ANY WAY! They don't have any kind of contact! When you contact your flying company they will tell you that you have to reach esky, as they don't have any of your dates or payment!

Honestly one of the WORST decision I made in my life!
First booking was so easy, I mean of course everything will be easy until they take your money BUT then if you have some problems in my case I needed to cancel the flight because the country I was suppose to fly closed the borders so I didn't have a choice!
Guess what, no return policy, no vouchers nothing!
And YES I took the policy insurance that is so poorly explained, so when I contact the policy insurance from Prague they told me all the things WHY can't I have my money back, and non of those reasons were listed here in Esky.
They will do every hidden way to not return your money (at least some) even tho I was not guilty for not managing to take the flight.
I learns my lesson to never pay my flights more than 50e. And to always use low cost airlines.

My booking on eSkys site ended up in a technical error and a message try again later. I hadgot as far as payment of the ticket when I got this message. I then went on and booked the trip with the airline directley. I go to my mail to see my confirmation and to my surprice There is also a confirmation from eSky even though I got the error message. So I now have to tickets for the same flight. Have tried to get some respons from eSky, I got one mail from Ahmed that asked for my booking number for the flight I booked with the airline. I provided eSky with the number and then there was nothing but silence. I still have to tickets. I Will contact the airline and tell them to cancel the one booked thru eSky, my money are I believe lost forever. That's how eSky handel there business. Take peoples money and then nothing. Crap-company. Don't use eSky ever.
Booked a reservation thinking I was booking on Delta. Their google ad is designed to fool you. Halfway in, I realized I was on Esky, but in good faith I thought "what's the difference?" There is one. 5 minutes after I booked it I realized I wasn't booked in Delta, but another airline, despite being lead to beleive I was booking Delta. I needed to cancel it because I made an error booking it. Long story short, they canceled it and charged me $144 for the privelege, when if I booked with Delta directly, it would cost me nothing to cancel a reservation within 5 minutes of booking two months in advance. This company is predatory in my opinion and a pure ripoff. You're penalized for not taking a few hours to read all their small print. Do not assume they are reputable and reasonable, they are not. "You agreed to this in sub section 4(c) apendix 1a... "
BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE AIRLINE. Esky is a ripoff artist, in my opinion.

I booked two flight tickets from this esky company the flight company was flydubai, after booking and payment the flydubai contacted me informing me that my tickets will be cancelled and my paid amount will refunded in full which is 1063 USD, and infact after one flydubai did return the money to the travel agent, but travel agent (esky) returned only 904 USD, I asked where is the remaining 163 USD, they said it's a booking fee, and service fee, which i booked my flights online by my self and what service are they talking about since i didn't step foot in that plane.
I wouldn't recommend this travel agent for anybody.
Answer: You can't if you book through eSky. ESky refused to cancel my flight even though the airlines allowed it. ESky is the only one that can make changes with the airline if you book your ticket through them.
Answer: Pretty much impossible and they are clearly incentivized not to progress any claim for a refund. The 'complaints' link on the website does not work nor the email address I was given.
