ESky are a bunch of Scammers, frauds with an absolutely terrific customer support. Never again and I would recommend anyone who wants to book something through this website to rather take the money and burn it. Would came out the same. Oh and the customer support are monkeys sitting behind computers, absolutely useless.
Please don't use esky. They take your money, then forget about you. Been a year march and no refund. They are full of $#*!, constant fobbing of and lying. Please do not use them they will rip you off.
Had I known I was booking via a non- affiliated agent, I'd have googled them before giving my card details.
I think Esky use clever technology to link their website with legitimate airline websites. I think that's how they poach business in a fraudulent fashion and hide costs in their Term& conditions.
Triple check the address bar on screen at every stage of booking a trip. I'm not sure when I left the legitimate site and entered the Esky site, but I've paid almost double; baggage was added, fees were added, all without my knowledge.
BE CAREFUL
I had booked 6 return EasyJet flights to Palma and attempted to reschedule the flights. I have been totally ignored and the dates the original flights have come and gone. I am going to pursue this with EasyJet as in my view they are reputable and allowing a firm like this to represent and sell their tickets is putting their name and reputation at risk.
I see from the other reviews that many others have the same experience.
I will be pursuing a refund from these people and raising the profile of this.

I wanted to buy flights, so I filled out the form and gave my credit card info for billing purposes. Teh esky site came back with "there's a problem with your credit card" or something like that. So, I filled out the form using ANOTHER credit card, and got the same answer. I've never had trouble using either credit card. Why did their site say this? Did they just want to get the info?
I recommend never using this company as it is fraud. Because of a problem with my airline, my flight had to be changed to the following day. Because of that I also missed a connecting flight in Dallas. So at that point they would have owed me about $450. I paid for the insurance with E-sky just in case something like this happened and after months of going back and forth they simply would not pay. And eSky said it wasn't their responsibility.
I found out the insurance company is in Poland and they couldn't even write or spell the English language. They had no real understanding of the English language.
I will never use this company again and hope you won't either. I went through so much with them that I finally gave up realizing it was a scam and no matter what I wasn't going to get repaid. It was absolutely unbelievable.
During covid crises could not get through to airlines and so used eSky. Flight was cancelled, no refund issued even though I purchased travel insurance and have attempted to communicate with them. Would like to pursue this so that this company can no longer operate and defraud others.
I booked a flight that was later canceled with Esky in April 2023. Seven emails later, they still haven't refunded my ticket on 29th June 2023 and blame the Airline, and now they are saying only a voucher will be given by the airline, which is not allowed.
We bought a flight ticket from Brussels to Bangkok. But due to medical reasons we had to cancel. Eventhough we bought an extra insurance and we were fully within the regulations of a full refund, eSky simply refuses to refund us. Nor do they anything to help us out. €500 is a lot of money and we are entitled to get it back.
ESky is nothing less then a criminal organisation. They offer tickets with insurance, but when something goes wrong they just keep your money and refuse help.

Be careful of Esky! Dont use Esky never again! Be careful! They will take your money and never give you a confirmation to your ticket and blame it on the airline without any proof! Be careful! Don't use this agency! They took my money and never sent me a confirmation to my flight! It looks legit on google. They respond to email, but they will never give you your ticket! Don't trust them!
E-sky is the worst business i dealt with.
During 7 months I am not able to get a refund for the cancelled flight.
They do not have any respect to customers and their problems.
I would not advise anyone to buy tickets at eSky.
I bought an airline ticket through ESKY.com because they advertised discount fees. I did not realize until later this was a total lie as they offer no discount prices at all but add on without consent a fee in excess of all traditional airline fees. Esky.com charged me a $90 extra fee that was not disclosed but just added on. I refused to sign on as an ESKY customer thus never had access to their terms and conditions or or to be able to consent or not consent to their undisclosed fees. When I became aware of the excess fees I tried to cancel but the company could not be reached at all. I called the airline and tried to cancel the flight to no avail. I now see the extremely poor business rating on Etsky and the customer complaints so numerous only every fourth complaint can be listed due to space constraints. I also attempted to challenge their undisclosed fees through my credit card company but was not successful in the time allotted.
I book a flight from istanbul to izmir (turkey) through this site, there is no way to communicate with them, the amount you pay is almost double what pegasus airlines charges if you do it directly with them, you do not commit this mistake. They are the worst of the worst
Do not use this company. I had to book tickets home for due to a horrible family emergency. I used eSky to book flights and was notified the payment did not go through, but the booking was pending. I called the airline and there were no records of my tickets. I bought knew tickets from a different company. I was then charged by eSky for the tickets the morning of the flight. I tried to explain my situation to them to cancel the tickets and get a refund. They were so unhelpful and extremely rude. They would not transfer me or help me in the slightest. Please do not use this company.
Don't trust esky! We canceled on the cancellation date on the reservation, then the cancellation terms disappeared from our reservation. We had to e-mail them. Then esky emailed asking for the hotel cancellation # which I sent them, and 2 weeks later there is still no response. I've had to work with my credit card to get a refund. Fraud or disorganized.
We paid in advance 3 months before departure. 1.5 months before time they canceled the flight. We get an automatic answer " waiting for refund".
They take no responsibility to assist us with the refund procedure.

We booked accomodation in Langebaan SA and on arrival the place did not look like in the pictures. It was run down, had no covid sanitation measures in placeand needed some serious maintenance. We wanted our money back as we had to go somewhere else to get better accomodation. It has been a week and we have still not received our money back. They send us an email that they will resolve it soon but it had been almost a week and they just dont come back to us despite sending 3 emails do enquire about the problem. Seriously dissatisfied with their aftercare service. They were quick to take my money but now no client service.
I ordered 2 tickets to fly via Allegiant airlines via Esky. I never received confirmation via email. There is NO phone number to contact them. They never replied to single email. My credit card flagged transaction as possibly fraudulent but then confirmed charges were legit. Luckily, I was able to deal directly with Allegiant (honest broker in the deal) to confirm I had tickets, confirmation of flight and they supplied boarding passes. Other than credit card transaction, I never had not even one email from Esky. No confirmation, no boarding passes, NOTHING! Allegiant states Esky is 3rd party broker and while legit company, they do not recommend them.If there had been any need to change or refund flight, I'm sure that would have been impossible with just a loss of my money. Buyer beware, do not use this company!
My husband and son had reserved flights for Santa Ana. I had bad feelings from the start, but Hubby said ‘you worry too much!' Glad I did. The itinerary print out was totally generic. No flight number, their names were nowhere, no real info at all. I called the airlines. They tried for 10 minutes to find the reservations. The Rep asked me their names again, and said ‘I pulled up all the info, but those aren't the names under the reservations.' My husband and son would have missed their flights, with no refund or explanation. We will never book flights from anyplace but Experian again!
Answer: You can't if you book through eSky. ESky refused to cancel my flight even though the airlines allowed it. ESky is the only one that can make changes with the airline if you book your ticket through them.
Answer: Pretty much impossible and they are clearly incentivized not to progress any claim for a refund. The 'complaints' link on the website does not work nor the email address I was given.
