Come up first on search engine under ryanair.esky

Then charge you £40 just for them to book with legitimate Ryanair website.

My own fault, yes, but be easy to con and defraud elderly etc

All tickets have an added administration cost of £39. If anything goes wrong from the airlines side they will charge you for wanting to change/cancel. Book directly from the airline! Customer service are also not helpful

I'm 4 hours away from departure. They said I will receive an email with boarding pass no less then 8 hours before. Iv 3 connection flights that cost 1400€. No way of contacting them! I think this is a scam. I don't know what to do or who to contact

ESky appears on the top search results for some airlines but not a trusty site. Fake booking ref, invalid. No real customer service, no contact number, asked to give credit card details to exchange with someone, no option to cancel... emails without replies...

Hello,

Today is the flight date which was not planned to be used from the beginning in the email thread blow we have tried to get refund or change the ticket since for another date. Below we have mentioned that we wanted to change the flight date to 1st or 2nd of September but no one get back to us.

This is on going conversation since 24/06/2023 today is the flight day but we tried to change the flight or get refund since the tickets was purchased in the June 21st. The whole experience with eSky makes me fill very unhappy about company customer support. I have a filling that Iam talking against the wall.

THIEVES! I would never us this company!
We booked flights and due to passport issue could not board the flight to Peru.
The Esky fight was 3 weeks away booked on Latam airline. The Esky associate said we could not change or get money back unless I confirm with Latam.
I called Latam and they were lovely. The sales person there said no problem refund is available but it must go through the booking agent. They also said why is the booking agent asking you to call when it's there job!
These thieves at Esky will only give 100 dollars of the 850.00 we spent liar looser jerks. Be WARNED

Booked flights and paid £926.26 only found out no booking had been made when I checked with Ryan air. No communication from E Sky. After loads of attempts managed to speak to someone who confirmed no booking had taken place. An error! They wanted to re book and me pay again, I refused and said i need the money back before I can re book. As the booking had not been made they offered a full refund. 10 days later no promised e mail or refund. I have had to open a sec 75 claim with my bank. Do not use this company at best they are incompetent at worst crooked and little better that scammers. Use them at your peril. Their customer service is practically non existent and unhelpful if you do get through

Worst ever service

They charge extra for cancellation insurance, but do not pay when cancellations are made. I am waiting for a month already. How long are customers expected to wait... and their so called Customer Service stinks... to say the least... there is NO Customer Service... even bad Customer Service is better than non at all! This is theft at its best. They must be put out of business!

Ryanair tells me that eSky put their email instead of mine on the booking record so Ryanair was not sending me info on online check-in requirements. They, evidently, have a 2-hour before the flight policy or you get charged at the airport for on-site check-in. In the States this is not the case, and airlines do not charge for on-site check-in. This resulted in my paving to pay an additional 55 Euros each person, which for four people was an additional 220 Euros. I am not happy about this, and eSky's emails never made this requirement clear at all that I was required to check-in on the Ryanair website a minimum of 2-hours prior to the flights or I would be charged. I have a receipt for 220.00 Euros. ESky's response was essentially "Too bad", you didn't "purchase our on-line check in". I didn't even see or notice that was an option or something that had to be bought extra when purchasing a ticket. I am not used to the European air travel market and didn't even realize until too late that I wasn't purchasing directly from Ryanair, which was my fault.

DO NOT USE ESKY! I don't even know how I ended up on this site, but I did & I bought 2 plane tickets in July, so that we would fly out in September. They took all of my money and changed my credit card info and then canceled my flights. So my "refund" will go to this random account they put in. So I had to buy two new tickets, (of course directly through the airline this time) and am working with my credit card company to get the money back. *fingers crossed* Such a hassle. Do not waste your time or money! Book through the airline and save yourselves a lot of trouble.

Despite their claims, the process was convoluted and excessively bureaucratic. What compounded the frustration was the dissonance between what was promised and what was delivered.

The breaking point was realizing that eSky had not only fallen short in providing a reliable service but had also resorted to dishonesty. Their representatives seemed to knowingly misrepresent their policies, leaving me questioning the integrity of the entire transaction. The lack of transparency and the evident misinformation cast a shadow on eSky's credibility, making it challenging to trust them with future travel arrangements.

In conclusion, my experience with eSky was marked by poor customer service, a convoluted refund process, and a disconcerting lack of honesty. I would strongly caution others against relying on eSky for their travel needs, given the evident discrepancies between their promises and their actual practices.

These guys are terrible DO NOT USE THEM. I was booking on my phone and googled Ryan Air. Esky must pay google a ton of money as they where the first result from my search. I did not notice I was booking via an agent and not direct with Ryan air. I paid an additional £16 to cover any changes to my flight but when it came to changing my flight I found out that this fee only covered charges from Esky and not from the airline and so to change my £86.00 flight was going to cost an additional £105.00 and they did not accept cancellations so basically I lost my £86.00. Had I not needed to make any changes I am sure their service would have been fine although why anyone would purposely book via Esky and not direct with the airline is beyond me as you are paying a premium and have no right to cancellation.

I booked an airline flight through eSky for a departure of Mar 20 and return of Mar 27. The confirmation email came back with dates of Feb 8, returning Mar 15. This was a ticket for connecting flights on Mar 20 and 27, not an option to fly on the dates they stated in the confirmation. I immediately and repeatedly asked for a change of date to the ones I had requested. They said several times they would change them. After 3 or 4 days of asking them to change to the correct dates, I called the airlines to ask if I could change them, but if a third party books a ticket, the individual flying cannot make any changes. They have to go through the third party booker. I finally had to purchase another ticket directly from the airline because eSky would not make the changes. Over 2 months later, I can go on my eSky account and the incorrect dates are still there. They will not make their mistake right. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Beware.

Avoid! Changed my flight home by over a week! Asked for a refund still no response! Ring up and they say they don't no what happens! Can't rebook till I've had my refund so ruined everything for me and my kids. Avoid at all cost! Booking reference if by chance they might sort it out is *******020 if not I will keep posting everywhere till I get a response.

Phone agents assured me they were in contact with Delta Airlines but never responded to my issues. Chat line is poor service. Finally contacted Delta Airlines myself and got answers withing 5 minutes. Will never use esky again.

Absolute disgraceful and Sham of an organisation. Booked £1600 flights which they cancelled 2days later. Still no refund and no escalation complaint process. We call daily and get the same scripted response from operators who don't care.
