SCAM artists, flight gets cancelled, you pay and they keep the money. DO NOT FALL for it. I had to add one star but they don't deserve it
Complete scam. Avoid them. Extremly slow service.
Got the payment without confirming my flight and refuse to return it.

When you buy trip insurance is when they move in for the scam.be careful don't get near them.
The bizarre and upsetting experience I've just had with eSky can only lead me to advise anyone to avoid them like the plague.
I booked a flight and, a couple of weeks after, I received an email vaguely stating that 'the airline' had changed the dates of the flight and asking me to accept a return flight TWO WHOLE DAYS later than the one I had paid for.
The options on the linked form were to accept this, reject it and try to get a refund, or ask to see other dates/times. (Please note: once you pick one of these options, the form doesn't allow you to change your mind) I picked the third option and the statement: 'Thank you, we have received your suggestion for a different travel date. We will check the available options and contact you to determine the details of the change' appeared on the page.
A couple of weeks went by and I heard nothing. The time came when, for a pressing combination of work and personal reasons, I needed to know my return date. With less than two weeks left until departure, I tried to contact them to ask about alternative dates and also stated my willingness to go with the two-day flight delay they suggested due to the urgency of my having to pin my travel dates down. I was startled to see that they had no phone number and could only be contacted by an email form.
I emailed them. Two days went by with no reply and my situation became desperate so I emailed again. No reply beyond the automated message that they had received my email and 'a consultant' would get back to me. I emailed three times a day over three days, by the end of which time I was imploring them to respond. Nothing.
The last straw came when the email contact form froze - it was as if I had been locked out of the system. I tried on several devices and browsers but the fields were greyed out when I tried to click on them, whereas everywhere else on the site was still working. Whether I personally had been blocked or if their system is set up to only allow a certain number of messages through from each customer, I don't know. Given that this is the only way to contact them, each possibility is as reprehensible as the other. Is this even legal?
Cancelling my travel was not an option and I simply had to know what dates I was travelling, so I took the only step I could: I booked entirely new flights directly with an airline, something I can ill-afford to do.
I believe I should be entitled to a full refund but seeing as I can't even contact eSky, I am not holding my breath. I will never use a third-party booking company again and will use every opportunity to warn people about eSky.
ESKY.COM is notorious for scamming people. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS SITE. OR DO SO AND RISK LOOSING YOUR HAD EARNED MONEY.
Thought I was booking flights with one company but link led to another. Booking error immediately contacted unable to cancel so assured could change flights but as there system down would have to wait for emails. 24 hours later email with possible changes arrived ( this was after 2 more mails and a telephone call) raised a question as new flights had no allocated seating or bags paid for in first booking. Confirmed new flight option I wanted to take but esky never carried out changes it took 4 days loads emails and telephone calls to be told hard luck I only had 48 hours to change booking despite all delays at there end, now have fl8ghts one country and accomdation in another. Only response so far is we tried and failed. Less than a week to departure
I've been advised that i replied to late to change my booking and yet if you check your phone records 24 hours of the delay was because of your system errors. I tried to contact you directly via email and phone to no avail
I have been emailing since wednesday and got no reply, today i made a number of calls and only then was TOLD THE BOOKING WAS NEVER CHANGED, in the meantime assuming it had been accomdation was booked at a further cost of e638.
As a reminder, tried to cancel booking told no, tried change booking told yes but system down and would have to wait for email, waited almost 24 hours for reply. Got reply and agreed to change. Now told over phone as I rang because for 2 days emails were ignored that booking wasnt changed as email arrived after close of business so went over time allowed despite esky causing 24 hour delay. Now having flights london and accomdation in lanzarote. Tried ringing ryanair but use dont use clients payment card details or there email address so they couldnt help im down down e1000 with accomdation and your company are washed their hands of any responsability.
Very bad experience from this company. No refund, no explanation, nothing. Do not book any flight.
An unmitigated disaster with regards to getting a refund.
1. Flight with Eastern Airlines Manchester-Southampton 15th October '21 cancelled.
2. Wrote to Eastern seeking refund, they replied 20th October "please contact third party booking agent".
3. Contacted Esky 25th October requesting refund.
4. They responded 27th October stating that there are delays owing to the pandemic.
5. Chased them again 12th Jan '22,30th Jan, same response, delays owing to the pandemic.
6. Wrote to Eastern 1st March, they explained that once they receive a refund request they process and refund the money in 28 days.
7. Wrote to Esky again, asking for proof that they have actually applied for the refund? They responded..."please be informed that the refund process is being held in the global system and such documentation cannot be provided.
The situation caused by the coronavirus is also unique for us and requires compliance with strictly defined airline procedures..."
8. Someone is not being open about this. If the refund application was submitted to Eastern by Esky late October '21, it should have been paid to Esky around late November / early October.
My sense is that Esky have the refund already and are not sending the money on to me. I don't buy the "global system" bit with regards to this being in the system for what would now be 13 weeks!
Esky please note, nothing in this review on this forum "... infringes the interests and personal rights of eSky and may violate the good reputation of our brand...".
Put the threats away as it would be difficult to tarnish your "good reputation" as you are doing an excellent job of that yourself.
Despite your repeated protests that the delays are the result of the pandemic, I'm not buying that. Refund the money and lets put this whole disappointing experience with your company to rest.
Έχασα τα χρήματα και για τα 4 εισιτήρια ενώ είχα πληρώσει την ασφάλεια ακύρωσης/αλλαγής ταξιδιού. Τελευταία στιγμή στο αεροδρόμιο χρειάστηκε να μην ταξιδέψει το μωρό μας μαζί με την γυναίκα μου και δεν μου ακύρωσαν ούτε αυτό το εισιτήριο αλλά ούτε και την επιστροφής, που ήταν 8 μέρες μετά. Πολλές επικοινωνίες, απάντηση μετά από 2 ημέρες και καμία διάθεση για εξυπηρέτηση!
Dramatische services. Ik heb een boeking gedaan van amsterdam naar spanje en terug 18 juli t/m 28 juli. Ik heb nooit een boekingsbevestiging gehad. Contact kan alleen via een contact formulier en dan heb je een boekingscode nodig. Echter komt hier ook geen reactie op.
Geen boekingscode in de betalingsomschrijving. Dus kunnen helemaal niks.
Maar wel het geld van me rekening.
Belachelijke slecht en hopelijk doet iedereen eerst research voordat ze bij Esky gaan boeken.
Answer: You can't if you book through eSky. ESky refused to cancel my flight even though the airlines allowed it. ESky is the only one that can make changes with the airline if you book your ticket through them.
Answer: Pretty much impossible and they are clearly incentivized not to progress any claim for a refund. The 'complaints' link on the website does not work nor the email address I was given.
