AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

NOT a genuine and legitimate travel ticket provider! Unwanted delay in issuing the ticket and by the time you realise they are not legitimate, your seats are all gone!:-( disappointed and i will never again use them or recommend them.

Be Warned! You will be ripped off.

I booked a hotel reservation on their site. Cancellatio policy stated full refund if cancelled within the same day as booking. I cancelled the reservation within one hour of booking. Now they refuse to refund the full amount. They state their policy is never give full refund. They are keeping over $400 of my money even though I cancelled within the timeline their site stated. This is wrong and unfair! Very bad business tactics. Do not trust this company with your business nor money.

Customer service was nowhere to be seen when in emergency, no flexibility on my reservation when needed, excessive commission for any service and really insufficient replies when eventually came through. They control the reservation and the only way to do anything is through their platform only when they allow you to do so and if they see your request on time.
Really lame OTA, do not choose them.

Not good

I booked 2x10kgbags on a flight to Poland confirmation I received said 2x19kgbags but when boarding passes came there was only one bag booked on it cost me £50.00 for this other bag round trip I have complained to the company but have had no response I will go to ombudsman with this you can't get an answer to them on the phone either most disappointed will never use them again

Last Christmas my mother died and I had to cancel a vacation to Florida to attend the funeral in the UK. Despite months of correspondence, providing them with the death certificate and all the evidence they needed they have reimbursed nothing for the lost flights. The customer service seldom followed up and showed no genuine interest in solving the problem.
After posting a deservingly poor review they did contact me asking for the death certificate for my mother which I sent them almost 12 months ago. I then asked to speak with a more senior supervisor but was asked to log a complaint on the web-site. However the complaint link does not work. I emailed them and they told me to send an email to '*******@esky.com'. I sent the complaint and received an unknown address message from my ISP.
These guys are a scam as can be seen from the predominant 'BAD' rating they get from customers.

Terrible!

I searched for Allegiant Air, and ESky popped up first.
I went through the whole process of making a reservation, then when it was time to pay, I could not pay with 4 different credit cards.
I then went back to the search and saw that I was better off going straight to Allegiant.

Google should not allow such a terrible service to pop up first.

Deception!

I mistakenly booked flights via this company. The website popped up as I looked for flights with Ryanair - the layout and colours of the booking platform were so similar to the original that I only noticed my mistake when it was too late! Stupid, but it obviously happens often.
When travel restrictions to the UK were imposed because of corona, I tried to change the flight dates. As the flight hadn't been cancelled this was the only way to prevent losing all my money. Ryanair would have allowed this free of charge for a limited time. Esky wanted to charge an extra booking fee of around 89€. This was just less than the amount of the original booking! Needless to say, I didn't rebook and all attempts to contact Esky failed. Why is this company still allowed to be in business?

I advise against the use eSky application nor their services. They cheat my parents changing the date of their flights and make them pay for the change to the date they need to travel. ESky didn't provide the locator of the reserve, nor a telephone of contact so my parents didn't have other option. After that all they got is a print screen saying they have paid, but no other guarantee they have the reservation with the flight company. In the User and Consumer Organization of Spain, where they live, I found similar situations (https://www.ocu.org/reclamar/empresas/esky-es/*******).

I cannot recommend a company who took advantage of 2 elderly persons.

You book or change a flight with eSky and it takes forever for the process to be finalized and for you to get an eTicket. If you want to choose your seats, you have to call back once again after your eTicket, to choose. The whole process took me days to finalize. I don't know how they stay in business!

Stay clear of this company! They are pure scam! We booked a flight months in advance. Less than a week before our departure, they changed our flight time, so we had to rebook and pay for a new connection flight. ONE day ahead of our holiday they postponded our new flight two days. We had to cancel and buy new tickets on own bill. It is impossible to get a refund. They don't answer our complaint. Total loss was approximately 1.800 €. The most ironic thing in all this mess, is that we ended up traveling with the same plane and the same flight we were originally booked on. The one this company told us was cancelled.

This is the worst company ever, they scam people and refuse to pay them all the money back even though it wasn't the customer fault to cancel the flight. They claim that this is their term and condition that they always scam people and keep some money for themselves, so if you are a customer you always lose. That is the worst customer service

Booked a flight to Panama. Cancelled because of covid. Tried to rebook and the said they were working on it right up until the credits expired. Then they said they couldn't do anything. This was after many emails and phone calls that were frustrating and produced no results. This company is a total scam. Thousands of reviews confirm the same behavior. I wish I knew this before I purchase through them.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! F I could give a minus star I would! I came down with COVID and I had the trip insurance. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY FLIGHT OR CREDIT FOR ANOTHER FLIGHT. THEY APPARENTLY WOULD RATHER TAKE YOUR MONEY AND HAVE PASSENGERS EXPOSED TO COVID. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I booked my ticket, then I had medical issues, I have insurance on my ticket, I called to change my departure day, I couldn't get hold of anybody for three days either to cancel and get refund, I was unable to do so, I finally got hold of someone in India after three days, the guy in India said we can't refund or cancel and he hung up. I will never patronize Esky.com and I will encourage all my friends to do so. E. sky do not response to email or answer calls. If you value your money think twice before you book your ticket through this fraudulent site. They still have my money. I couldn't make my travel date because I tested positive for COVID-19 and they still want me to travel to infect fellow passengers. Worst customer service in the world. Booking #*******160

CRIMINALS

Not even sure how they are still a company- they are criminals.
Charged me more than the price of a flight to 'change a name', 9 minutes after booking (no boarding passes had been given, no passport info was even there at this point which is how they generate the ticket) called Ryanair to find out the policy and they said they have free changes to anything within 48 hours of booking. They avoided my calls and emails for this period and if I ever got them on the phone they would speak in a different language or 'not understand' and give no help.
They then sent me links for different amounts of money and eventually charged me £197 to change a name which was not the airline policy, so essentially for someone at esky to type 12 letters into a system, I was charged nearly £200!

They are the worst, if I was giving anyone any advice in life, it would be DO NOT BOOK WOTH ESKY.

My experience mirrors every negative review of eSky, and my added warning to other travellers is that this company also has a sophisticated technology platform that replicates other airlines so you may not even be aware that you are booking on ESky. I booked BahamasAir, and the website replicated the BahamasAir brand, charged to my credit card using BahamasAir as the listed charge, and only when I investigated further did I realize the nefarious way in which ESky had done this. This company misrepresents itself at every stage of its business transactions; its operations are worse than incompetent and verging on criminal

Sitting here over 8 hours after the airline opened check in and still no boarding pass from esky. They use the excuse that the airline hasn't opened check in - this is a bare-faced lie and I am in doubt that I have just been robbed. I paid for insurance with these scam artists as well. I will not be able to sleep tonight and see no point in packing and going to the airport as they will not answer queries and WILL NOT PROVIDE BOARDING PASS.

DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY
You will be ripped off, stressed out and you will fly nowhere

RUN! There is no one to talk to... EVER! The number on the reservation goes to a site where you have to PAY to speak to a 3rd party! PLEASE RUN! You can't cancel, verify it's a legit business. I'm praying I actually bought a ticket!

Esky is definitely fraudulent. This is 9months since cancellation of 2 flight bookings but they have refused to refund. Full of lies lies and lies. Everyone needs to know to avoid loosing money to scams and frauds like Esky. Shameless thieves.
They keep apologising but nothing is done. Keep yr apologies and do yr job. Refund customers money and save explanations. How can a company sit on a customers thousands of pound for up to 10months and say they are working hard to meet yr needs.
You are jokes because I am taking you to court to get back my stolen money and the stress you have caused me.
