Do not get close to eSky - Even 1 star is too much, but you must select something

1 - Once you pay you will be held captive by them, and they will extort money from you for any inquiries on any subject.
I personally lost half of the money on the plane tickets.
I had so many problems with them, that I finally gave up, lost the money, and ordered return tickets through another company.
The process in front of another company took about an hour, including check in, choosing the seats, and the tickets are in my hands, but the tickets I ordered two weeks ago from eSky, I still can not complete the process, and still trying correspond with eSky without any success
2 - The company's website is as bad as customer service.
After I paid for the flight tickets, and created an account to manage the reservations, the site does not show the reservations, and now see if you can contact customer service to solve technical issues. To this day two weeks after payment I have no way to see and make changes to the order.
3 - Since I booked tickets during the Corona period, I added money to all the possible coverages they offer, including extra money to rename, but when there was a name mistake, they claimed that the name change cover did not cover my specific caseץ
I received a request for an additional payment of 115 euros, while a plane ticket cost 73 euros.
Correspondence with them took so long that all the tickets were already sold out, otherwise I would have booked another flight ticket.
4 - Try to reach there customer service.
ESky do not post on the Internet any email address that can be corresponded with. They dont have any chat service, and it is impossible to send a reply to a mail you receive from eSky.
The only way contacting eSky is via a Resolver site that serve many other companies.
By the time you get response from them you might already miss your flight.
5 - Once you manage to get in touch, they NEVER NEVER NEVER helps.
You can write whatever you want, but most of the time you will get an auto-reply from a robot.
6 - It is the only travel agent that doesn't let you choose your seats. You don't get a map of seats like all other sites, you don't know what is the price for each seat, and you have no Idea what seat is still free. You need to write what seats you want (such as near the window...), and hope they will do it.
I can't tell you if it works in my case, because I still get reply from robot, or mybe from human beens that respose like a robot - I truelly not sure.

DO NOT USE Esky

Let me preface this review by stating that this is the first negative review I have ever written. In addition to having a bad experience, I feel cheated twice by having to waste my time complaining. However, in this case, I feel compelled to warn any potential consumers to NOT EVER USE Esky.com. This company is held together by duct tape and has exquisitely poor service in every imaginable way. This is a company that wants to make money not by competing in a saturated marketplace, but by being clickbait for people who wander into their site and do not know any better. For all intents and purposes, this company stole money from us. We purchased our flight and received an email with the booking number and airliner reservation code but with one conspicuous detail: The email said "payment pending" which was baffling since we just paid on their site with our credit card. I waited an hour for perhaps a subsequent email confirming the payment, but did not receive anything. I checked my bank account and discovered that $588 dollars had been charged and processed by the airliner when the payment we made on their website was for $754. This was baffling. I called their customer service (which isn't 24 hours, by the way, an absurd arrangement for a company in the travel industry) and reached a man with minimal courtesy who said I should wait four hours. I waited 5 and 6 and 7 and nothing. I tried to call but they were closed until the next day. Out of curiousity, I checked the airline website to see if the reservation code was registered and found that the tickets had been reserved but were pending payment - meaning that the $588 was somehow facilitated by Esky to the airliner but not to purchase the full ticket, just to reserve it - which meant that we could lose the seats if they didn't facilitate the entire transaction. I called Esky.com and tried to get an explanation but was met with a heroing experience of incomprehensible and rude explanations. The customer service agent told me that they had no record of any payment from us and that I needed to send them a screenshot of the bank statement so that they could proceed. My consternation that I had to send them confirmation of the payment they supposedly charged seemed to irritate the agent. The agent then said that the payment I sent to him wasn't from Esky.com as if they didn't have anything to do with the transaction. Finally I explained to him that the charge appeared to be from the airliner we had purchsed ticket for and then and only then did he seem to finally understand. He then told me that he would have to send this information to their finance department who would have to confirm with the airliner the payment. This arrangement is utterly incomprehensible. To say that this was Kafkaesque would belittle the gravity of the insanity of this company. The agent told me we would have to wait 48 hours during which period we have lost the reservation and are left with having purchased air - or, rather, the experience of having to get our money back for a transaction that was a bridge to nowhere. DO NOT EVER USE Esky.com!
