Pretty much impossible and they are clearly incentivized not to progress any claim for a refund. The 'complaints' link on the website does not work nor the email address I was given.
It was the first entry when I googled airline reservations. I was in a hurry and since I could not use Delta because of their service area I choose what ever. I would never chose them again
