Placed an order on 4 July 2018 and today 3 September 2018 I still cant find my package.
I been thrown back and forth between DHgate and Aramex and nobody has a clue where is my order/package when the tracing number says delivered one month ago. I spent so much time and energy to find my order that it became disgusting and stressful.
Just avoid IT if you dont want to to get dissapointed.
Ordering was fine but a part was missing. I have attempted twice to send a message but got no reply. I am not currently a satisfied customer nor can I recommend your service. I would like to change this experience if someone an help me get the missing part.

My order # *******709 was placed on October 8,2023. A shipping confirmation email was received stating the shipping date/time was 2023-10-08 23:17:00.
A tracking number was sent in the email for USPS tracking. When the number is tracked, is says:

It says this sense October, nothing changed. My enquiries are ignored / not answered. The tracking number goes nowhere and show the same nonsense every time. There is no contact or reply from the seller. It is now January 2024.
Money is gone, goods not received, seller not responding, tracking not working. Stay away from this.

I ordered some Black Jordan Super. FLY shoes ordering was quick and easy the seller even had a gallery of shoes i could view from his link.
The order took just over a week to arrive and the shoes were perfect.

I have made multiple purchases on DHgate and I have yet to encounter any problems. Their platform is a great way to connect with sellers from across the globe, and seek out merchandise at the lowest possible price, with quality equal to that of a brick and mortar store. Shipping is often times very slow taking up to 30 days in my experience but this is expected across the borad with sites similar to DH gate.
Placed an order for a dress March 7 2020. I never received the dress or any shipping info. With s&h it was &170.00. On May 10 I asked for a refund and they denied me a refund and sent a horrendous replacement dress against my request not to send another dress because I had missed the event I ordered the dress for because I never received it. They gave me such a hard time. They only gave me a $30.00 refund and now I'm stuck with this horrific low quality dress. DHgate leaves it up to the customer to deal with their criminal sellers. The sellers name is ocky. Don't buy from them they are scammers.

Don't ever order from this scam company! They promise delivery and you don't get your items or if you do they are complete crap. Fool me once and shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. I am a fool, first order last year was complete crap, this time I tried to order some nice face masks, and they never came. No real customer service, in a online chat que for 2.5 hours only to get a rep who was typing from a script with only a list of excuses and no help. Luckily I only lost $73, but everyone should beware!

I bought items from DHgate for a two years period beginning 2015 to the end of 2016. I'm a retailer so I spent well in excess of $20,000 on products over the two year period. In 2015 I had a total of only 5 defects which I thought was amazingly low. But in 2016 it was the complete opposite. For every 10 items I ordered with out fail 5 did not work, defects. It was like the manufactures that DHgate represented didn't care and just shipped out defective items just to get your money. Now I did point out this out to DHgate several times but at one point the defects were mounting such much so that you just didn't want to be bothered anymore. A lot of money went into the garbage. DHgate did the best that they could but if the manufactures don't care then what good is DHgate?

I went to purchase some watches from them online and put in my credit card. I realized they charged extra for using AMEX so I stopped the page from loading and then went back to my order. I NEVER received any email confirmation that the charge went through and was able to use my mastercard. Weeks later I get two emails for my purchases. I tried to contact them and they told me the items had already shipped. My purchases were less than a min apart for the exact same order. No one contacted me to confirm i was making the same exact purchase in less than 1 min. I contacted them several times to try and resolve the matter and no one seems to care or help in the matter. I have offered to send the items back with a shipping label as well and still no response. I am beyond disgusted in these business tactics and do not recommend ever purchasing from this site.

Could never get customer service. Tracking was ridiculous. Says it shipped out before it was processed. Will never order from them again. They are a 3rd party and cant help with disputes. But they can take your money.

It is very hit and miss whether you get a good product or a bad. The sad part is, if you get a bad product, they say 100% satisfaction, but that is not the case. I have a machine I paid 640.00 + for and it arrived broken. After much work on my end to submit video and photos, they basically told me to fix it myself. That's it. It makes it bad for the companies that are honest. I will not buy through DHgate again. I don't recommend it.

Very simply, I purchased a shirt. It was too small. All the seller had to do was exchange it for the correct size. Your responsibility was fairness to the consumer as your guarantee states and you did not comply with your own policy. If it were up to me- no one should ever buy through you!
Bought galaxy s9+. Good price. Shipped fast. Doesn't work with my sim card, mobile data doesn't work, ad says it has 128 gb of storage and before i transfer any of my files it shows 40 gb is available. When i try to download info from a phone with minimal storage, before the apps are even transfered the phone show s storage full. Owned alot of phones. Never had a problem with any of them. Rip off. I've been ordering from DHgate for a couple weeks now. At first everything I was receiving was either damaged, missing, extra stuff I did not order, or orders cancelled because seller decided they just were going to ship the products I guess. A handful of refunds later (which take up to 15 days is a true BUMMER) I'm starting to receive orders that are packaged well, colors and quantities are correct so it is getting better. I'm not sure if the point system they have makes sellers treat you and your orders better, but if they continue to arrive in great shape and the correct colors and quantities I'll continue to order. All in all DHGate seems to be a great website. I'd recommend to other buyers.
