I bought an outfit from them that was hideous and way too small. It took me months of back and forth with them asking me for measurements and why was the outfit too small. Finally, I was able to get a semi answer advising that they would only give me a partial refund. After weeks more of fighting with them, they finally agreed to return the full amount. I sent the outfit back and now they are giving me a run around about not having enough evidence that we returned the outfit or that they don't have the money. They keep telling me to file a dispute, and when I do, they close it out saying it's been handled. THis is the most dishonest company I have ever done business with and would advise EVERYONE it's not worth any hassle to try and deal with them. It is so frustrating as I no longer have the outfit (it was sent back) and they're refusing to give me my money back. Honestly, I wish I could give them negative stars as this is the worst customer service and theft I've ever experienced.

The website connect really bad suppliers in China. They have as expected long time of production and shipment, which also don't respect. At the time of expiring this process (which falsely they report you have received the items), if you proceed opening a dispute they claim they are issuing a refund (which will never arrive). They also have dead links, no possible contacts, except the facebook page (they send you a link with a bot and a waiting line you cannot proceed as it close after 1 minute). Overall definitely a scam. Also if you read the positive review, they are clearly a bot or written by employees of DHGate as they are totally without personality and meaning.

Where to begin without giving you a migraine as well...? I've ordered several times from this site, 3 of 7 orders never arrived. The hurdles you have to go through to try and get your items or a refund are insane and they make it as difficult as humanly possible to do this. Plus, they have a time limit on how long it takes to resolve the matter before they close it and keep your money forever. They drag out the process so the time limit expires and you are screwed. Seller's with high ratings and thousands of transactions on their profile means nothing. They are shady con artists and DHGate is pro seller, anti-buyer. Their app is not user friendly when you need to upload evidence and the website is just as bad. You'll give yourself an ulcer trying to get your refund or your order. It's a lose-lose situation.

I have used dhgate a few times. It is similar to ebay but the items you are buying are knock offs I guess you could say but the price you pay for the things on dhgate its kinda worth it. I have bought a few watches from them and some other items and I have never been ripped off on dhgate before. They have an escrow service so you do not have to release the money to the seller until you receive what you ordered and are satisfied with it. Dhgate is good 5 stars
There's a lot of selection, decent pricing, and they have good customer support. If you encounter an issue like not recieving something or the item isn't as described they try to make it end fairly for you, which is needed because you can occasionally buy something that's not that great of quality if you use the site enough.
The item I ordered was not correctly filled either in size or color, and arrived AFTER the event I needed it for. The cost of the item was $115 including shipping, but to return it and get a refund would cost more than $220. (And they know this). They will not negotiate. Don't bother. You will likely not get what you want, and then be STUCK with it. It's a scam operation.

For reasons I won't get into here, I had my shipment delivered at another address. They were delivered in a timely manner, but I was not able to get them until just now. The items I ordered though, were very good quality and I would highly recommend them. The items run small, but they fit my wife (who is a petite size small) perfectly.

I ordered a beautiful piece off this website because I just could not beat how cheap the prices were. They charged me and a few days after shipped it. Seemed like everything was going smoothly until a week later they recharged me for the item and sent my account into overdraft. I was livid. I imedietly contacted my bank (bank of America) and they quickly were able to cancel the charge. If I didn't get notifications from my bank this company from bum $#*! Beijing would have had the last.

I ordered 2 cell phones and they were listed as stolen. I plan to start an international fraud case? I asked the seller to rectify this and they kept telling me to wait.
