The Chinese people on DHgate are ALL thieves, without exception. I have yet to see a good review. The only positive votes you see here are from the Chinese, and the paid reviewers. The proof? I don't get why people ask about the quality of this site regardless of all the negative feedback's. Buying from DHGATE is like gambling you are the underdog you probably have better odds actually gambling and winning that get what you pay for here on the garbage FU&^ Site!

Excuse me for my answer. But hell no. I requested a refund on Feb. 3,2016. I still have not received my refund. Dhgate keep saying it's coming. Please do not order from this company. Find the dress from Amazon or another trusted site. This is not a trusted site.

Save your money The items are cheapy made. And most likely you won't even receive the item. And then you will have to wait molds and jump through hoops just to get your money back.

No. I wouldn't buy anything from them. I am still trying to return something from over the holidays, and they still haven't given me any satisfaction. They are horrible.

If you are not in a hurry, I did get a very nice dress from them, but it was NOT delivered by the time I needed it. I even paid extra for it to arrive in time. Also, be leery of them, they give false shipping/tracking numbers, too. You really gotta pester the customer service for the real number (many times they don't even ship it when they claim)

I would not advise anyone to order from that website. If you ever receive the item it takes forever. If you never receive it the buyer will do everything can to avoid reimbursing your account. They are very different than EBay, and Amazon, where the website representatives' will get involved and make sure customers are not getting scammed, or robbed. I have will never buy from Holgate again myself since my experience was horrible with them.

This site is a fraudulent! They do not send you what is advertised and then they send you something of very very poor quality. Then it is impossible to get a refund I cannot get anybody to answer my calls text or emails. I spent $200 on address that will literally go in the trash.

I had no issues with the site. I placed a order for shoes and I was sectiabl at first. The only problem I had was only myself to blame. When I placed the order I didn't look at the time it took for delivery, not knowing I could pay additional for faster delivery, so I waited. They said it would take between 7-22 days. So I became more leery. So I tracked it as recommended not sure if I would ever receive the item but on the 14 day they arrived. They were exactly what I order for my daughter.
