  • T-Mobile

3/7/18

Hello again friends and neighbors, Henry here. 28/Jan/2018 New phone and account with T-Mobile, it lasted 2 days, then I learned the "new" phone I had been sold had updates done during 2016. In other words I was sold a used piece of junk in place of a new phone. As a result T-Mobile "replaced' it with a known broken phone(turns itself off after 2 minutes, and can not be re-started unless the battery is removed), and I was told I will have to wait for a replacement, that took a week. So to recap, from the 28th of Jan to the 13th of February, no phone at all, this was replaced with yet another broken phone. The next one would not allow an incoming call(there are over 1000 complaints about the phone I have, and the inability to receive incoming calls, so this is proof of criminal intent), eventually I had spent 61 hours on the phone(in the first 38 days) with T-Mobile employees, I have each name and employee ID #. So now I have over 120 missed calls on this piece of junk and no way to get my voice mails. T-Mobile finally relented and "GAVE" me a flip phone, I sent my phone to Samsung for proof it was a used a phone at the time of sale(there was a 2016 update that caused the J3 phone to stop answering), so T-Mobile has intentionally sold me a used phone as new. This is FRAUD, and as a California consumer, I can tell you T-Mobile is about to be in serious Hot water. As the story unfolds I will update this post, also I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, and with the Federal Communication Commission, and I will be filing a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs here in California. I'm no longer allowed to post on the T-Mobile FB page, or the Samsung FB page, they get nasty when you tell the truth complete with employee names and ID #'s(with dates &times). Don't take T-Mobile lightly, they know they are breaking the law, and will do anything to stop the truth from coming out. The complaints I have filed won't see the light of day for at least another 8 months. My best advice, wait and see if T-mobile stops being criminal, in my case I have been without a functioning phone from 28/Jan/2018 to 6/Mar/2018, I now have a flip phone until Samsung is finished "restoring"(?) the 'smartphone'.
Remember, I'm a brand new customer with an 800 credit rating, and no matter what is stated I'm not allowed any customer service unless I can speak Tagalog. T-Mobile says it's random, I have placed 108 calls to T-mobile customer service, and all 108 calls went to the Philippino operators. By the way, the T-Mobile operators seem to enjoy ruining every customer service phone call, when you can't understand their gibberish, and ask for someone that speaks English, you will immediately be held hostage on hold for up to one hour, and then transferred first to the Spanish operators then to the French operators(it happened 11 times) In the end, T-Mobile is a criminal enterprise(demanding something for nothing), time will tell if the corporation intends to stay criminal, or pay off the customers they have harmed. At this time I am in a contract with T-Mobile, as time goes on I will ceaselessly post about my experiences with this corporation, and how this may effect other consumers. Avoid the criminals in the communication business, read reviews, ask questions, and be sure to ask if your "new" phone is really new. Thanking you in advance for your attention to this matter, Henry

  • AvasFlowers

These folks are the sweatshop of the brokered flower business. On the web site the arrangements "appear" larger than the 3 inch by 8 inch glass vase. It was bad to be charged $48.00 for this tiny water glass of flowers, and it was worse when I was charged actually $59.00(without my consent), and then I tried to call the company... The business is listed as being in New Jersey, the people on the call back line do not speak English(tagalog I believe), nor do they have a supervisor. Eventually I found an email address to open a dialog, and after a week of arguments I was refunded 13.95. As for florists from the net, I did not do my research. It's the usual story, I was in a hurry, and money was not a priority. I didn't spend enough time with these people to know what the problem is, once I mentioned calling Fraud/Bunko with LAPD they just couldn't wait to refund my money. Thanking you in advance for your attention, henry

  • Sitejabber

3/6/17

There was a time when Sitejabber did a good job of protecting the buying public. Now the site is full of fake reviews(easy to spot, 30 words or less, and always always 5 stars). If I can see that ALL the positive reviews are Fake, what happened to the responsibility of Sitejabber? I liked the site, but it looks like GREED has taken over at Sitejabber, and now the site will post anything, even when it's painfully obvious all the positive reviews are fake. Thanking you in advance, Henry James

  • Expedia

5/30/16

Why doesn't Expedia EVER answer emails? Or be in the least bit responsible? I can't find a single thing that Expedia does to help the traveler. I think I may need to go to the social sites and tell all of America about the scum of the earth at Expedia.

In order to even see the site, a new user must enter all of his/her private information, and then add a credit card account. This website is a time bomb. Pay a little more to use ebay and/or paypal, and you won't be wasting your time trying to stop identity theft. Thanking you in advance for your attention, Henry
Please note, the "fast" response from dealdash is automated. I wrote a 4 paragraph message and received a 5 paragraph response in under 1 minute, obviously automated. The site relies on taking advantage of the new user. The ONLY way to find out how to enter the site is to write a bad review. There is no way to enter the site without providing all personal data and a credit card number BEFORE you are allowed to see the site. Make no mistake about it, once the scum of the earth(aka dealdash) have your personal data and credit card data and you demand a refund your data will be sold to the highest bidder. Avoid this site, Henry

Hi Henry,

Thanks for getting in touch. Please note that we take our user's security extremely seriously. We use SSL encryption to make sure that the transactions are 100% secure. The credit card is requested when you want to start bidding. Of course, a physical address is requested when you place an order (not before), since we need somewhere to ship the items to.

I hope this helps clarify. Please let us know if there's anything else you need. We'll be happy to help.

  • Target

1/15/16

I have done business with Target on line only a few times, however this is one of the few retailers that has made the transition from brick and mortar to on line seamlessly. In my experience, Target has delivered what was promised, albeit late every time.
If you're in a hurry for a product, skip Target. Other than late deliveries, Target has been consistant as well as middle-of-the-road on price. I would recommend Target as a trust-worthy retailer. Thanking you in advance, Henry

  • eHow

1/15/16

I attempted to use the site "ehow.com". It turns out the site is a complete fraud, stealing "how-to's" from legitimate sites. I went looking for instructions on replacing a head gasket on a 1.9 liter ford engine, there were some errors on the site so I sent a question to the web- manager. After 30 days without an answer I get an email stating that "my problem" was resolved. I re-sent the same problem along with excerpts from "chilton's auto repair manual" using exactly the same wording(with exactly the same errors).
Please don't waste your time with "eHow.com", and tell their advertisers that eHow is a complete fraud, and reflects badly on their companies. Thanking you in advance for your attention, Henry

  • Auto Anything

1/11/16

Order #******* paid in full, in advance. According to the site 4 to 5 days to your door, and free shipping. It seems that once AutoAnything gets their money all work stops. I placed my order on the 7th of January 2016, I didn't get a tracking number and had to wait until the 11th to call their offices, only to find out that not only did they not place the order, the item is in Pennsylvania. At minimum I will lose 2 weeks because these folks will not deliver what they promise. You will be promised everything over the phone, and they don't deliver. Henry

  • Caring.com

10/6/15

On 7/Sept/2015 I called Caring.com, spoke with a woman named "Nancy". She has ruined all use of my email address and phone number. In my 15 minute conversation with this vulture she never once told me she was releasing my personal information to the net.
Within 48 hours I was getting 16 to 18 spams/hour(NOT PER DAY, 16 TO 18 SPAMS PER HOUR). From every medical center, Doctors office, nursing care, in-home-care and pharmacy in central Florida(the area I had asked for help). It is impossible for "caring.com" to deny this came from their office, since I had never before had any advertisers from Florida send me emails.
I started calling Caring.com within 6 hours of the spam. The village idiot has been hired to talk to anyone not happy with caring.com, "Rosa" by name. Now watch this, "Rosa" decides to put my phone # and email address on the do not contact list. So that no matter how many times I call or email Caring.com, no one there can respond.
As of today one of the corporate people (Tom Bourke), FINALLY decided to say there was a mistake made in not telling me my email address and phone # would be sent to their advertisers. He never took any responsibility for ruining all use of my email address & phone number. "Someone" within caring.com and their advertisers sells all your personal data.
These are the scum of the earth, they will sell your personal information.
Please note the "INVESTOR" part of the web site at "caring.com". I will be contacting the State of California department of Consumer Affairs to see if the business model proposed by Caring.com constitutes Elder Abuse. I will repost with an update from Consumer Affairs. Thanking you in advance for your attention, Henry

Tip for consumers:
Do not trust a company that makes all it's profits from the elderly.

  • DHgate

8/9/15

I placed my order on 23/July/2015 15:00PST, my account was debited 23/July/2015 15:11PST. I intentionally choose a seller with a 3 day turn around. It has now been over two weeks and the order has still not been processed. I'm told it is my responsibility to contact the seller...
If you are willing to write a review, please take the time to file a complaint against DHgate with the Federal Trade Commission. We have a Government that can explain to the Chinese that "Most Favored Nation" trade agreement can be lost. DHgate is running a criminal enterprise(IE something for nothing). If everyone that has posted here had filed with the FTC either DHgate would no longer exist, or DHgate would be an honorable company.
Comply with the requirements of DHgate, and the first time that your email goes unanswered, file a complaint. Every 14 days thereafter file an addendum to the complaint. As Americans we have the most powerful voice on the planet to stop this "lying thief". Henry James

Tip for consumers:
DHgate is earning a fortune in short term interest by holding all these payments. That interest is the ONLY reason DHgate is on the net. Lets put a stop to this "lying thief"
