Do not trust DHGate. It is a scam organization. They sent me the wrong merchandise. I had to send them "proof", and then I would have had to pay for the return postage. At that point I called it quits, and will never deal with these guys again.

Aimee D., Please remember, you are looking at a photo that was stolen from a reputable company. The sellers on DHgate are only interested in the American dollars, not on your satisfaction. You have no rights, and no protection once you have released your payment. If this purchase is important to you, make it on ebay via paypal. Henry

Dhgate has some buyer protection policy however the sellers who sell on thier site are not trustable. They send damaged, defective goods and return and refund process is complicated. Hence i suggest you to better buy in some trustable sites with trustable sellers.

They have sooooooooo many bad reviews FOR A REASON. Buy from a reputable company, not DH Gate.

Don't buy things that could be return, it's too high of risk!
Return policy is terrible

Stay away. They tell you that they will refund your money if you don't want the item, knowing full well the postage to send the item back is huge. That's one of their scams. They also send inferior quality merchandise to you. Save yourself the aggravation.

Have you read the reviews? DHGate sends out damage goods, or none at all, will send you the wrong size or color, and you have NO recourse. We were promised a full refund for defective merchandise, but were first required to return it ($46 postage which they also promised would be refunded). This was all after requiring we send them a video of the item which didn't work -- think about it -- how do you make a video of something NOT working?) Never got the promised refund for either the item or the return postage.

Bad experience with them. Supposed to ship an item I needed by a certain date. Then they sent a notice it would not be shipped until 10 days later and that I could cancel order. I did so and then purchased what I needed elsewhere. Then a few days later they I received a notice that DL item is shipped. I did that online chat and absolutely got no where with them. Item is supposed to arrive 7/28. We'll see. Will never deal with this disreputable entity again. BUYER BEWARE!

NOOO! Do not order anything from them! Especially if there is a slight possibility of having to return it! Stay Away no matter how much you love the shoes!
