DO NOT ORDER. Takes forever, wrong color doesn't look like the picture of dress. You have to pay shipping to return( expensive to ship) and supposedly get a refund. Haven't received it yet and probably will not. Wanted the dress that I loved on website but didn't received that. SO VERY DISCOURAGED

We are sorry for the experience you had with your order. We have checked this on our end and our colleagues has already forwarded this to our Resolution Center. However, since the shipping label you have provided do not clearly show the shipping address the return was made to, they are unable to process your return shipping refund.

At the same time, when the return tracking number, UH009992215US, is tracked, it is still not showing that the return was delivered successfully to the seller.

If the courier you have used to return the item informed you that the package has already been delivered, please send us a documentation from them that shows this information, as well as a clearer copy of the shipping label. Worst site ever.

You will wait weeks to get a fake or broken product, and then customer support will not help you at all. You're better off just throwing your money in the garbage, save yourself the frustration.

I ordered my prom dress which did not come as expected. I wrote a review saying its a nice dress but would definitely need altered. However they asked me to delete the review and they would refund me half my money back. I never seen of the money after continuing to ask where it was at. I think it was fair to get a refund considering the fact the dress did not come how i wanted and i spent more to get it altered than i paid for the dress alone! Then they have no customer service number or any way to open a dispute. This is the $#*!tiest website ive ever ordered from and would not recommend it all.

I've tried for 7 months to get a refund for an item never shipped. The seller says he will refund if I drop complaint... Still nothing. It ridiculous. Never use this again!

DHGate favors their vendors if you have a dispute. I ordered a product that was not the item as described by the vendor. I tried to submit evidence for a complete refund but was blocked from doing so by DHGate. Then they lied about the amount to be refunded. I only got a small refund and I am stuck with items I cannot sell and I am out over $200. My suggestion is to find another company to deal with.

I bought a few items. Which took awhile to receive due to the Chinese New Year. No problem... until 2 sellers gave me fake tracking #s and DH will not give me my money back. I ordered 2 shirts from another seller and they force you to mediate a resolution and still will not help you when seller offers you a 1 cent return on $20plus purchase. They just keep telling me to wait and it has been almost 10 days. This is crazy. Where is it alright for a seller to ship you what they want not what you order and you can not get your money back unless you pay 2x more the purchase price to send it back on a slow boat to China? Oh yeah in China with DHgate... which is short for... Don't Hate garbage a$$wipes that enjoy... taking your money and holding it hostage until you get tired of chasing down their sellers that do not send you the items and/or send the wrong item and demand you pay to return it and wait to see if it is ever gets delivered to a fabricated address in China. Sounds a lot like mail fraud to me!

I purchased a $1400 3 in one fat freezing machine 110V with RF and lipolaser comparable to coolsculpting. I used a trial client ended up with second degree burns! I've sent numerous pictures, emails, and phone calls. I have spoke with Supervisors, left several ways to get a hold of me and they continue to tell me its the seller responsibility to contact me, the warrant and guarantees they advertise are not valid.

I really thought that I would enjoy ordering from Dhgate but Seller took my money $211 & sent an empty package making it look as if it was delivered after telling me that my order was "Sold Out". I've been trying to contact Dhgate customer service for a refund & have not heard or gotten any emails back. I'm upset that I thought that they would have my back about getting scammed. I tried to open dispute & even click that my order wasn't received but once I hit the button confirming order; it worked, Soo basically I had no choice but to confirm for my order when all was sent was an empty package with a folded tissue. This isn't funny or a joke, The seller Wanmin1211 haven't given me my Refund & gives me the runaround like its a game. All I want is my money back since the boots are "Sold Out"

Update: After posting this review the customer Service contacted me & Seller ended up sending 2 pair of shoes on my Fav list cheaper than my order but I'd rather had taken something instead of nothing... I think I'm going to be done after experiencing this from my very 1st order.

The cycling jersey I ordered actually arrived sooner than I expected, and is clearly a good quality piece - have used it on at least a dozen rides and it looks and feels great!

Had no issues communicating with the seller, or completing my payments. Will continue purchasing from dhgate and this seller.

Horrible!

Ordered a product on 4/25/2018... they have yet to send me a tracking number. They sent a reply via text message, the the order will b shipped tomorrow. Which would have been 4/28/2018. Of course the order never went out that day. Now I cant get a reply from anyone to find out whats going on with my package. Ordered on 4/25/2018 and its 4/30/2018 and my order still stays processing. I asked for a refund and havent gotten a reply. Very bad business!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Wrong item delivered. Case raised and agreed that wrong item shipped, then expected to pay a further £149.50 to return item before refund can be issued even though they agree seller to pay for return shipping?

We understand where you're coming from. At the same time, as per our dispute policy, you need to pay for the return cost first. Since the seller has agreed that they will be refunding you of the return cost, as soon as the seller confirms the return, our Resolution Center will process the item refund and then we will have you refunded of the return shipping cost.

I had a great experience with dh gate until one seller sent me the wrong color shoes.
He agreed to discount me 20 dollars off the 48 dollar total cost.
I decided not to and submitted to return the item and that the seller would pay to return the item through an option made by dhgate on the app
Well, I have to pay to return the item and be reimbursed once the seller receives it.
They misled and decieved me and now all dhgate or the seller says is to ship back the item that I agreed to do. Like robots over and over and no option for another agreement.
Im extremely pissed off at their customer service and lack of competency in this matter.
Be warned if you need to return an item you aren't satisfied with and chose the option seller pays to return the item it is a lie and youll be paying about 30 dollars out of pocket.

Bunch of crooks

If you received damaged products you are on your own, no help from supplier or debate. They say a new item was shipped but tracking number was no good. Dhgate customer service totally useless saying nothing they can do!. I think they are in cahoots. Buyer beware.
