Bitterly disappointed with the service from Cupshe. Placed my first order which took over two weeks to arrive but I guess international delivery is much longer. Then I open my 'WHITE' T-Shirt as clearly advertised on the Cupshe website only to find its a horrid yellow cream colour. Like other reviewers have said, their returns policy is clear but in a case where their own item description is wrong they are refusing to pay for the postage to return it. As this is an error on their website listing why should I have to pay to return it. After 4 days of endless frustrating emails where the Customer service team just don't appear to understand they must take responsibility and they only communicate for a small timeframe each day, often starting a completely new thread in the conversation. I'm now offered a voucher to cover the return postage for when I shop again. I don't want to shop at Cupshe again after this experience. I can't trust their website descriptions so why would I shop with them again. Situation still to be resolved but be aware of the pitfalls of you have anything at all go wrong, they're a nightmare to get anything sorted out.

POOR customer service. They don't reply to contact forms (2x over 2 weeks). AND ignored my requests to unsubscribe 4-5x. I used the link at the bottom of the email and waited a week between each request. Even if it takes longer than the standard 10 business days. It would be nice if they replied to my 2 app contact forms to let me know 35+ days is the norm. They have bit off more than they can chew or don't care. It's not worth the 3 emails they send a day and lack of confidence I have in the company to order again. It's too bad.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t subscribe to emails. Don’t dry anything. It won’t fit again. Order a size up.

Fit information posted on the website was 100% WRONG! Models supposedly had 23" waists & 36" busts: mine are 30" and 40", so i ordered 1 size larger than they were supposedly wearing. Every item was WAAAYYY too big for me. I feel very deceived and will never order from them again. Quality was ok, but colors received were quite different than pictured on the website. All around, a very bad purchase.

Tip for consumers:
Do not order from them unless you are able to throw away money and not feel badly about it.

I have ordered now 3 bathing suits and all were too small even after matching up measurements properly. This company does not provide a return shipping label which is somewhat understandable. The frustrating thing is you are required to pay for shipping, purchase tracking and take a picture of your receipt and send it by email. Seemed excessive and irritating considering the bathing suits should have fit fine based on the sizing chart. I do not plan to purchase here again.

I purchased two swimsuits and a jumper from cupshe. The first time I wore one of the swimsuits the beautiful coral color faded and is now almost a dingy white. It also faded very unevenly with streaks of coral remaining so it is obvious it's not meant to be white. I am now afraid to see what happens when I wear the other items. You can see in the photo the top portion used to be a bright coral pink color that matched the plastic rings on the straps. Even the straps have faded slightly.

Quality is as expected for the very good prices but the return process was quite a hassle and expensive.

It's difficult to buy a suit without trying it on, so I ordered several options. I ended up keeping 3 of the 8 items in the order because I found most suits ran small and had an awkward fit on me. I initiated the return online & was told my return was "Pending Review" & I should get an update in 24 hrs. Two days later after no update, I contacted customer care via online chat & was told I'd have my label in 24 hours. Guess what -- no label came in 24 hours. I contacted chat again & was told I should just wait another 24-48 hours. They blamed their web portal, yet to my knowledge, there were actual people on the other end of chat who somehow were not empowered to email me a return label. Knowing, there is only a 30 day window for returns, I elected to self ship. It cost me $11.90 vs the $9.99 cost of the return label that Cupshe theoretically provides for returns but that I could never get from them. At least I finally got my refund. I am not sure if the problem is intentional --seeing if customers will forget to follow up and miss out on the 30-day return window or if it's just incompetence, but if the website portal and 2 agents can't get a return label out in a week, it's not a company I will choose to do business with again.

Swimsuits are so cute, but the sizes are ridiculous. I ordered two different suits and the bottoms are SO tiny (I'm a size 6 pants, so I'm not large by any means), and cut in a way that it makes it dangerous to move in certain ways without possibly being slapped with an indecent exposure charge. Their customer service is alsop garbage. I paid additional money for expedited shipping — I was supposed to have my order in 3-5 business days, and now part of my package is currently stuck in Shenzhen, China (today is business day 8), and they're giving me a hard time about refunding that expedited shipping cost.

Avoid them if at all possible.

I've ordered 4 items from here, 3 swimsuits and a body suit. Ordering anything online there's a chance it won't fit but I have had no luck with sizing here at all despite ordering my normal size and following sizing charts. I always get my product in about 2 weeks which is fine but overall I'm super disappointed with the products. Maybe their stuff looks really cute on super skinny model body types but they definitely don't work for a 5'8, size large.

I bought a 2 piece set; high wasted bottoms & shoe string strapped bikini top with underwire, it looked really nice out of the packaging but l knew it was poor quality even before swimming in them.
I'm a 12 C cup usually. L ordered my size but they're big make in bottoms & the top was really unsupportive, after one swim l won't wear again but will look for a better quality swim suit in this style.
Moral; you get what you pay for, or even sometimes less.

CupShe isn't honest about their return policy. Website says you can return anything as long as tags are on, not worn. I ordered two of the same bathing suit in different sizes to see which fits better. The suit itself was fine quality, arrived at expected time and fit fine. Went to return one and I'm only offered 50% refund or 80% store credit. If they were clear on the front end I wouldn't have ordered two suits. Not ethical and I won't be ordering from them again.

The swimsuits seem to be decent quality, but I needed to exchange for a smaller size and they denied my exchange due their ridiculous return policy. Make sure you're counting down the days since your package was delivered as they will NOT accommodate exchanges even ONE day past their deadline. I am now stuck with three swimsuits that are too big and am out all of my money. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Overall, Cupshe had a lot to offer. I loved the variety. However, I would not order from them again based on their quality and return process. I ordered four dresses. One I knew couldn't be returned and the other three I could return. The nonrefundable dress fits awkwardly and the material is SUPER thin. Definitely wasn't worth the price. It will just have to be a swimsuit cover up. Another two dresses also had very thin material and didn't lay nicely on me like the images on the site. In other words, just very cheaply made so those I planned to return. The fourth one I kept because it wasn't see through with the bold pattern and was very breathable. Still didn't think the quality was worth the price though.

As for returning the two dresses I didn't like, they reduced the amount I could get back and then charged me $11 for a return label. I lost about $18 trying to return items. They have options that allow you to get a 110% coupon to buy more of their clothes but it's really not worth it. It's all cheaply made and probably wouldn't last long. Overall, I won't order from them again. It's just not worth the trouble.

Secondly, we have different promotions periodically, and some items will be marked as final sales during the promotion period in accordance with the rules of each promotion. Based on the return policy, items marked as flash and final sales are not returnable unless there is a quality issue. To make up for that, we will do our best to find some special solutions.
Thirdly, for the refund amount, if you used the coupon or discount in your order, the refund usually is the actual payment of the items you send back, so there will exist a little difference from the original price. Besides, as stated on our website, we are unable to offer free return service. With that being said, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. If you use the prepaid shipping label obtained from our website, the return label fee of $10.99 will be deducted from the refund amount. It is also advisable to send the package back yourself via post if you find the return slip expensive. You will be charged the shipping fee and the difference in the exchange rate between your currency and the Chinese Yen. It doesn't state this anywhere on their website.
You end up only getting a fraction of your refund back for a purchase.

I just received my order today- the suits are nice looking but unfortunately do not fit right. I was able to make one of the suits work, so I will keep that one.

I emailed and included all possible information, including front and back photos of each suit. I am hoping to hear back ASAP so I can send out tomorrow and get full refund for the suits I am returning.

Since I just received the suits today, they obviously have never been worn, are in perfect condition, and all pieces intact - the size just doesn't work. As stated below, their site says, the following: Easy to initiate a refund or exchange in 30 days after delivery.

I PRAY this is the case! Can someone from Cupshe get back to me tonight about tracking info so I can mail out by tomorrow? Thank you so much!

I just received my first order. Like the quality, but am very petite (started kindergarten in 3 toddler clothing) and only order XS. Did not notice different sizes in my confirmation verses what I ordered. In particular, I only order XS in one piece suits and received a medium. It is HUGE on me and not sure what to do with it... I leave on vacation tomorrow and will be unable to fix this situation prior to departure.

I purchased 2 swimsuits. One fit very nicely, is good quality, although I am not very happy with colors (are slightly different then on website). The second one is disaster. Doesn't fit at all.
I tried to return one and they offer you 120% value coupon. You can buy another one but if you again will not like the item you can't return it. Second option is you will get 50% money return and you can keep the swimsuit.
It should be clearly written on website that returns are not that easy as in many other online stores. I will probably never order from them, especially stuff like swimsuit knowing their return policy. I rather go and spend 10-20$ more and buy one in regular store or online where their return policies are normal.

[UPDATE: After I posted my original review on Sitejabber I was contacted by customer service from CupShe and was offered return options. Over the course of a week I was able to correspond with them about which option I wanted, and my return refund was issued today. They repeatedly asked me to then remove my review, but I feel like it's still important for potential buyers to understand that their customer service is extremely slow to respond and somewhat confusing. I appreciate them eventually resolving my issue, but do not plan to order from them again.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I ordered a suit from CupShe and realized after ordering that it likely wasn't the right size (the size I should've ordered was sold out). I attempted to cancel my order before it shipped, but customer service did not respond to my message until after it shipped. So the swimsuit arrived and is, in fact, not the right size. I have emailed customer service several times over the past week requesting a return authorization number (per their return instructions), but have yet to receive a response. This whole experience has really soured me on ever ordering from CupShe again, despite the fact that they have cute swimsuits. Customer service goes a long way, and these folks have missed the mark.

I ordered 3 swimsuits on Feb 8th. Order number *******. It is showing paid but there is not updated shipping or tracking information. I have still not received the product. I have emailed the company but no response. They do not have a customer service phone number so I have no way of knowing if I will ever receive what I ordered.

If you are willing to risk only getting half your money back (after A LOT of work to even get to that point) at the chance of actually liking an item, then go for it. But, they made the return process IMPOSSIBLE that I have now given up on seeing the rest of my money.

I know people who like their suits and for that only reason i have given them 2 stars instead of 1.

I had a coupon code so went on to order a suit and ended up getting a shirt as well. Used the coupon code for ~$25 and then spent $23.80 for the shirt. The shirt came and I did not care for the material and it just didn't look good, so I emailed them about returning it. They came back with 3 options: 1. Keep/don't return the shirt and get ~$12 in store credit 2. Keep the shirt/don't return it and get $5 refund to my account and 3. (which wasn't even numbered, but mentioned at the end) "Could you accept the above, just suggestion, if you do not accept and still want a full refund, you can return, but sorry that we do not offer shipping label and shipping fee." -- so I replied multiple times (b/c the first couple when i took option 3, they just kept sending back the options) saying that ill take care of the shipping and what address do i send it to. They eventually gave me an address, so i sent it and then they sent back a screenshot of my original payment to verify it was the right account (another reason i gave 2 instead of 1 star.). Once i confirmed it was the right account, they sent back a picture telling me I would be refunded half of the amount. When I told them that I chose option 3 for a "full refund", they replied with a screenshot of my email saying i was returning "an item"... I then tried explaining that, "The one item was [worth] more than the total refund. I returned the one item. I should receive the total refund." Then they got hung up on the "one" item deal and confused thinking that i was saying i returned two items; they also said that i tried returning the suit, when this whole time its been the shirt.

Aaaaaaand this is where I gave up. After all, you can't argue with crazy and this was just absurd. I received half the refund, but not full so in the end it was a total waste of time, energy, and money. Yes their suits are cute, but be prepared to waste money if you don't like it and for the love of all things good, do not buy anything else on there! Their customer service sucks and odds are the quality and look will not be as good as it is perceived to be online.

Ordered two suits in September, using the size chart on the site. Suits arrived very quickly, but neither fit. One too small, the other too large. Emailed customer service, but after three days I still hadnt received a reply.

Thats when I went online and read all the poor reviews (my bad for not checking them first) about the hassle returning/exchanging items and not receiving full refunds. I was ready for a fight.

I then contacted them via Facebook messenger. The next day I received a reply, offering me a $38 credit to buy new sizes and I could keep the suits. My order cost $47, so I was not happy. Replied that I was happy to return the wrong sized items in exchange for correct sizes. After another 24 hours they came back, offered me a credit for the full amount and I could keep the unneeded suits. I took it, and immediately ordered the correct sizes.

I would have been satisfied, but my new order took far longer than the 10-13 days I was quoted. It took nearly 3 weeks for the order to arrive, and I had to hassle them for a tracking number when one wasnt provided initially. Now I have to try to sell the suits purchased in the wrong sizes.

Honestly, you can probably find suits just as good or better from more reputable sellers.

I wish I would've read all the terrible reviews about this company before I purchased their bathing suits. There is nothing worse than customer service. I've been trying to login to my account and it says it's invalid, I've been trying to reach out to them and I haven't gotten not one response back. I haven't received my bathing suits yet, but I hope they are cute, so I don't have to go through the hassle that a lot of people have been going through.

The swimsuits are worth the inexpensive price. We didn't have a problem with sizing. However, the customer service behind them is lacking. I placed an order and then discovered that I needed to add some items. Within the hour, I contacted them to see if I could amend my order, and was told that I could not, that it had already been shipped, but that they would give me a credit. This sounded odd, so I asked for confirmation, and was again told both that they had cancelled my order, AND that it had been shipped, and that there was no need to return the items. They then gave me a credit to apply to a new order. Strange. I placed the second order, using some of the credit, and paid extra for expedited shipping, which would've been free had they combined the two orders. I received this order and my daughter was happy. This week, we realized that the first order had never arrived. When I contacted them, they said I had cancelled it and got a credit. Not really, and yes, BUT... I suggested very reasonable solutions to them, but the most they could offer was to refund the difference in credit. And, I did receive this money on my Paypal account within 24 hours. I refuse to now place the original order a second time and pay for expedited shipping a second time, due to their poor communication! I would buy elsewhere. Due to their poor English, they've lost my business, and now we're scrambling to find swimsuits for the summer vacation.

UPDATE: Customer service contacted me after this review and offered me a $10 "cash coupon." Not certain what that was, I said yes, thanks, and was then given a credit to use on future purchases with them. Not really cash, then! I did appreciate the effort, but I will still not do business with them again.

Tip for consumers:
Pay close attention to the English, and triple-check what they say.

Shipping is a nightmare! If you are ordering and need it by a certain date - don't bother! You will end up disappointed. SMH! It is unfortunate because the quality of swimsuits is actually good. I was going to refer my friends and actually purchase some more bikinis for the summer but I won't do that now. I'm going to contact the BBB, Sitejabber, and any other websites to give a bad review for this company. DO BETTER, CUPSHE!
