I placed an order for contacts last year and ended up waiting an extra month longer than what I was told. Unfortunately there was nothing the customer support could do on their end as it was an issue with the manufacturers of the contacts. They expedited my contacts as soon as they got them which was nice. Again, nothing clearly did but just highly recommend if you are going to order from them (especially contacts), don't wait until you only have 3 weeks - a month supply left as it could potentially take longer. They also refunded me $30 for the wait and frustration so overall I was happy, just annoyed at how long I had to wait.

I am always really skeptical ordering from these cheaper websites, but I just did not want to spend over $100 on a swimsuit so I went ahead and ordered two of the most reviewed and popular items. I just got my order today and tried on the bikini top and bottoms, both fit PERFECTLY. The order was delayed by a week which isn't too bad considering how much I love my new bikini. The quality is great. Obviously their sizing is a bit small, but as long as you stick to their sizing chart you should be fine. For example, i normally wear a size small top and I got a large and it fits great. Can't wait to flaunt it this summer and will definitely order more now that I know it will actually arrive.

Tip for consumers:
Stick to their sizing charts and the best reviewed items

Original post --> "I used to be an annual member a couple years ago, I really enjoyed it at that point. However I recently reactivated my account to see if I could catch the edit sale, it was over, so within 5 minutes i deactivated it. Apparently that doesnt matter, as soon as you activate your card gets processed and there is no going back. When I noticed the charge on my card I contacted FFF for help, they said there was nothing they could do, I couldn't even customize it - so now I'll likely get all the stuff people didn't want, without being able to choose anything myself. EXTREMELY disappointing. The person I chatted with was pleasant enough but it seems like they have to follow a script."

UPDATE - After leaving various reviews, another member of the FFF team contacted me and pulled some strings to make the overall experience better. I did not leave a poor review for that purpose, I honestly didn't even think they would be checking their reviews on these websites, but it is clear that they do care about their reputation. The last person to message me sounded way less automated - it was nice to deal with someone who didn't appear to be following a certain script
