Contacts are defective. Probably froze during shipping. 8 instances of breakage so far it's 50 percent. Clearly will not take them back, offered me a $7.51 refund. I purchased 4 boxes of 90 = $240. They never answer direct questions, I'm pretty sure it's not a human I am corresponding with if it is they don't speak or read English very well. Sound familiar?

Placed an order in Sep 2023 on urgent basis, had to cancel because it never reached in time. Placed another in 2024 using the premium delivery option and it is reaching after 6 days. Again messed up my delivery address. Customer service doesn't understand what's being asked either. Never got an order confirmation or tracking information for the order. Always choose the standard free delivery option. It's anyways going to reach in 5-7 days as they operate through snail-fast Canada Post.

Ordered contacts Dec. 27,2023, they shipped but no bill was attached to tracking order to submit to my benefits. Contacted customer service on December 27,2023 was told an official receipt would be emailed before the day was over. Nothing came to my inbox.
Dec.28,2023 contacted clearly again about an official receipt, they finally sent it after telling them, " it's like you don't want my business, nor care about customer requests, especially an official receipt."
I was later issued a receipt by email, with an excuse they are having computer issues, now I'm gonna be honest I ordered contacts last June and that was the same excuse. Honestly at this point I think I may take my business else where, kinda silly I have to hound for something important.

No longer is there a 10-15 day return policy since January, please change the policy information on your website to reflect the actual time it takes for returns to be returned as my insurance ran out because they didnt get back to my account and refund in time.

I bought a pair of sunglasses from clearly.ca. Visible discoloration at the edge of the lens. Customer service believes this is normal for polarized lenses. I don't have this issue on my other polarized pair from Costco. Has anyone seen this with your glasses?

I have been purchasing my glasses from Clearly since 2018. It used to be the cheaper option, but not any more. If you need anything stronger than a basic, standard lens then you are better off ordering from your Optrician. Clearly's lenses are now the same price as any regular glass store, and the good-quality frames are not discounted enough to make a difference. The sales never really apply to any of the higher-end frames. I used to love Clearly, but am now looking for other options.

If I could give Clearly a 0 Star rating I would. For starters I did my order and the website states any orders over $100 qualifies for Free shipping. That was a lie and I tried multiple ways in the checkout and it was still charging me. But whatever I needed my contacts asap so I went for the Premium Express shipping. I order products with Premium Express from other companies and get it over night. With Clearly I have been waiting 12 days now and still nothing here. This is the worst, and I meant absolute worst company to deal with. If you are searching and come across Clearly as the best deal I highly suggest not taking the bait and go to the next competition

Today is boxing day. They promote 25% OFF. However, their website spins and spins and then order not available. Only way to order is via optician. All good until checkout. Clearly -- Clariti - Singlefocal and 1.75. It worked 2 years ago. Since then stopped working. Calling them is endless holds.

I ordered contacts and glasses. The glasses arrived with bent arms and twisted frame.
I called and the rep stated a return label would be emailed. I called a week later and asked again. This time waiting on the phone until I could verify label was sent to me.
When the glasses were confirmed returned to clearly the funds were not returned.They would not just take the lenses out and transfer into an unbroken pair. They said they do not do that that refunds would have to be processed. I asked of then would I get the sale price. The answer was no. I called and inquired about the return of funds 12 days later and was told it was still processing. 12 days later I called again and told another 5-10 business days. So I read of just putting lenses in another pair. I now have no money returned, no glasses and cannot order more ones because I need the funds back.

I sent in my return on October 7th and I continue to wait for my money to be refunded. Customer service acknowledged that my package arrived at the warehouse, but they will not refund my money. When I phone/email, they tell me they have sent an "urgent request" for my refund to be processed, but it doesn't happen.

Clearly was an awesome site/service back in the day when they were new. Now they take your money, don't send you the product and refuse to refund your card. On top of that they ignore your communication and then hang up when you call for help. My biggest regret is how many people I sent their way. Never again. Their customer Service is non existent, and when you point out that they're making stuff up with dates by bringing up the actual email you sent, they hang up on you. They're ok if all goes smoothly, but lord forbid you have a problem… they're officially my least liked company of 2023. I should have known it would go south when I tried to order on my account I had had for well over a decade and they denied me and told me I have to start a new account because they've changed ownership or something of that nature. Zero help, zero service. I should have stopped there but I needed replacement frames for glasses I had purchased from them. No lenses just frames. Ordered October 29,2023 & it is now December 26,2023 and I have nothing to show for this order other than endless frustration and an almost $200 bill. Thieves! Never again. Worst company in Canada by far. Stay clear if you hate being ignored and having your money stolen from you.

Worse experience, can't process a simple 215 dollars order. Wasted 3 hrs on with customer service and, accounting department still no hear back or signs of a refund. Never going through this hassle again. Fix your broken website and, refund me asap. The least they could have done was to give an update on the process.

The website was decent to work with and it was great being able to "try on" glasses before buying. The lenses were excellent! Being a little concerned at whether or not I calculated the distance between my eyes appropriately, they turned out spot on! :) I don't love the frames I chose… sadly looked better on my online face than my actual real life face, which is why I rated with a four rather than five stars, but none the less, I have two pair that give me the sight I need to function daily and be able to drive at night. Very happy with the service and the timeliness of arrival. I would definitely use this service again.

Take good care in trying on the glasses first to see what they will potentially look like. I didn’t do such a great job for myself but would try again because the quality and service are excellent.

FedEx delivered to the wrong location. After contact Clearly and Fedex, I was instructed to wait and see if they showed up (forget the fact I'm needing them, will be without eyewear and could have just purchased locally). I caught on my camera 3 days later the package dropped off by someone who had received it by mistake (lucky). I got an email 2 weeks later from FedEx ("our notes show your package was delivered on xx date" - real helpful) and then 3-4 weeks from Clearly asking if it ever showed up. Thanks for actually caring. For the record, FedEx is terrible here so I recommend you find someone else, they've messed up almost every order we've had here. It would also be nice to show more care from Clearly than a follow up a month later. This was such a bad experience I'm pretty sure none of us will be coming back and will just shop local from now on.

Ordered 2 boxes, 1 box had its contact lenses break in my hands after few days of use, when contacted them instead of sending me a replacement they demanded a new prescription. It would cost me the same to go for an eye exam as to buy that stupid box again.
I wear contacts for 20 years never had this happen, never ordering from them again.

Horrible recent experience. Paid for a $300 order of daily contacts. A month later, they still haven't shipped, and clearly will not allow me to cancel the order, nor will they give me any sense of when (or even if) it will ever ship. Called multiple times, each time I was told someone would get back to me with an update. No one ever got back to me, I had to keep calling. They won't even refund the $20 in shipping in handling. Stay away from this company!

I'm very glad I purchased my daughter's eye glasses from Clearly. I checked out prices in local stores and it was extremely expensive, even with their phony discount sales. I worked in Asia for a number of years and know the cost of eyewear. There is no reason to pay such marked up prices. The eye glasses I purchased from Clearly was of good quality and at a reasonable price. Ordering was easy, shipping was fast and the presentation on arrival was excellent. I would highly recommend others to purchase their eyewear from Clearly. Don't bother with the over priced retail stores.

Received my contact lenses quickly. However, there is something off with the lenses, so my vision is not very good. While it has been some time since I have ordered from Clearly, the prescription and lens brand/type that I use has not changed in years. Therefore, I am unsure why these pairs are not working very well.

I ordered my glasses and got them within 7 days. No complaints there, however the day I received my glasses, clearly took more money from my credit card. The exact same amount as I had paid a week prior. And customer service tells me it's a bank problem not their problem? I called looking for a simple refund and it's been made difficult. There was absolutely no reason to take additional funds when i had already received the glasses.
