I ordered 2 boxes of contact lenses in early May 2021 and waited more than 3 weeks for an update. I also emailed the address given on a status delivery update but there was no response. According to the website FAQ, delivery should not take more than 20 days. I have waited past the date and there is also response from anyone. Unfortunately, there is no other means to contact them and I have already paid for the items.
I ordered an eye drp, which was supposed to send me in 2-3 days. They took my money but did not sent me my drop. After a month that I complained to Bbb.
Prompt delivery and legitimate contact lens! EZ Contact Lens was a surprise find while browsing the internet, now I'm stocking up regularly from them!
The on line order process was straight forward and easy to complete. Once done they verified my contact prescription with my doctors office reassuring me I would receive the appropriate contacts. The contacts shipped quickly but were delayed along the way. I emailed customer service and they managed to get them moving along and they arrived within a couple of days of my contacting them.
I was sceptical at first but considering the great reviews I decided to give it a go. No regrets, and highly recommend.
This was the first time I order my lenses online and I ordered mine in June to try it out. I was skeptical at first due to the few recent reviews. However they do reply my inquires fairly fast on fb messenger which really reassured me. I received my lenses within 5 days after placing my order and after using it for 6 months, I have no issues with the lens and happy with my purchase.

After getting to know EZcontactlens, i have stopped buying my lenses from overseas! I used to go to Thailand or Malaysia to get my supplies, but after calculating, i found that the prices here are equivalent to the prices overseas (and i do not have to fly over anymore!)

This web is my go to whenever I need to purchase contact lenses. The price is so much more affordable than purchasing from an optician. Delivery is relatively fast too.
Placed an order on 14 Dec and received my items on 17 Dec (if that's not fast enough, I dunno what is). Will be saving >$50 on each purchase of contact lenses (I do it bi-annually). My only regret is not finding out about EZContactLens sooner!
Even though the delivery had slight delay because of the holiday season, ezcontact has great service and is prompt in their reply and follow up. As it was my first time purchasing contact lens online, I was unfamiliar and made an error in my order. Despite that they were helpful in their advice!
