This keeps happening with every box I order. I don't even know how many times I've left my house thinking it'll be fine and it's a rip in the contacts. They're daily contacts... not something that's damaged from wear and tear. It costs more than the contact lens to recover from that type of potential damage.
Great glass at reasonable prices. Have ordered about 8 or so pairs from them over the years, never had a problem. They even gave my girlfriend a free pair of glasses when she asked to cancel due to realizing she was short on cash (student life). Also appreciate their donations to developing nations. Really fast shipping in Canada too.

My eye doctor's place would have taken weeks to get me this contact order! I do hate wearing glasses because of the "mask fog". Ordered from clearly and got my contacts within days! No mask fog for me.
Clearly is the best place I've found for eyeglasses/contacts. If you have benefits, Blue cross recognizes them whereas other companies don't so do your research before buying from other companies. Clearly was quick to deliver and love my glasses. Thumbs up!
Despite months of emails and phone call and endless apologies from them there is no consumer complaints supervisor able to provide the glasses ordered when mistakes happen. They have consistently sent wrong glasses over last 10 months. They take hours apologising and saying they will fix it but still not. Take care with your experience. It may be quicker to go to Dispute Resolution of Civil Courts than wait for customer service to respond. Easier to deal with in person opticians or try other online companies.
I've always been surprised how quick my orders arrive. Been ordering for years and only once had a issue which was corrected immediately. I also like the extra goodie thrown in. The last time it was gummy bears! Thank you!
The contacts are great and good quality. Non drying, very flexible lens, and stay clear the entire month-wear! Also considering shipping delays with restrictions, my shipment came in TWO days! (Toronto, ON)
Getting contacts from clearly is super easy. They always arrive quickly and are correct. The candy in the last box was a nice touch!

Virtual try-on feature is not as good as actually going to the store, but it's much better than not trying them on at all. I would highly recommend not buying glasses that don't support it. If you do make a mistake, the returns are very easy.

The site is user friendly, customer service is the best, so many frames at very reasonable prices, delivery real fast and free so far (ordered twice in one month because had a 20$ dollar rebate at Easter could not resist - the zoom reading glasses ended up free!) Returned a pair hassle free too with their return label sent by email. Try it out you will probably never go back to buy your glasses at full exaggerated prices at the optometrist and can have more than 1 pair and not break the bank. Your prescription glasses will probably end up at least half the price or better because they have such great sales on the frames. Next purchase some good sunglasses!

Ordered 3 pairs of glasses. Different times. Same prescription that i have been using for years. Correct pd. Was not able to see properly unless i pulled the glasses away from my face.

I ordered two pairs of coloured contacts but unfortunately they did not fit my eyes properly but thankfully for the excellent customer service they emailed me & we solved the issue! I'm so impressed I have never had such a wonderful experience with returning items before: I will be ordering again in a couple weeks!

Feels weird to review a contact lens website, but it's surprisingly quick delivery with Clearly. If I order on Monday, I usually get them by the end of the week (if not sooner! Like Wednesday?!).

Ordering was easy. I did go into a store to try on glasses first then I ordered online. Arrived ahead of schedule. Got a very good deal price wise. Only issue is the fit. Went and had them adjusted but still a bit too wide on my face. Also having to get used to progressive lenses. All takes time but all-in-all a good experience. Recommend
I've used Clearly for several years and have always had a good experience, but recently I've been absolutely swamped with annoying YouTube ads from them. I would feel a lot better about buying from the company if they were less aggressive with their advertising.

The sunglasses don't look exactly how they looked on me with the virtual try-on, they are a bit smaller than I would have liked. They also slip off my nose. I've tried to adjust them using the guide provided but they're only slightly better and are still too loose.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!

If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information.
