I've been ordering from Clearly.ca for a few years and have never been disappointed by how fast and great the service is. I love that they always have new sales going on and its nice to change up my frames every so often.
Received my order quickly. However, the right and left lenses are in different packaging with expiry dates differing by 3 years. One pack indicates STERILE while the other does not. Hopefully this will not affect the wear.

Glasses shipped out super fast and they look and feel great. Well at first they were too loose so I had to go to a physical clearly store to get them adjusted. But as someone who has worn eyewear for ~20 years this is totally normal and expected
I ordered some Rayban aviator prescription glasses on Clearly and i'm not quite happy about it. Packaging was really bad without any protection, glasses were loose in the box and could have broken during shipping. The lenses aren't the Rayban ones so not the original quality with the logo. Also, took almost 1 month before i received my order. I paid for express service, shipping and lens cutout was supposed to be faster. Will order at another company next time

Make sure to have your old glasses, prescription and p. D. handy for best online fit of glasses. So many choices! I am very happy with my glasses. They arrived as ordered and delivery was super quick.
Hi All... I have been ordering from you for some time. This batch seems to have an abnormal amount of defective contacts. Curvature is warped and can't be used. Normally those are few and far between. Otherwise, shipment arrived quickly on on time.
As long as you've got your existing prescription handy or a box of your old contacts on hand, the ordering process is quick and easy.
The product arrived 3 days later. They're exactly what I had ordered.
After multiple interactions over calls and live chats, I'm left disappointed. Firstly, it's perplexing that the company cannot confirm the availability of items listed on their website. If an item is out of stock, it should be promptly removed. Secondly, it's completely unsatisfactory to receive only half of my contact lens order twice, without any indication that the other half is missing. This renders the lenses unusable. Lastly, the email notification system for tracking is inadequate. I receive notifications like 'your order is shipped' or 'your order is canceled' without clarity on which part of my order is affected, leading to confusion and unnecessary time spent on follow-ups.
First off they had the best price out of all my online options for ordering Contacts. Secondly I chose a faster method of shipping, Fedex 2 days, but then was a bit upset when I learnt my Contacts would be delayed for over 1 month due to the manufacturer having to make them. I was down to my last 2 weeks of contacts which is completely my fault anyways for not ordering sooner. However I quickly contacted support, they refunded me the shipping charge, and literally next week they showed up which left me really pleased and happy.
This will most likely be my go to place for ordering contacts since they were $60 cheaper than alternatives!

Ordered some blue light glasses and wanted something stylish and not too expensive. The glasses are exactly what I was looking for.
Be sure to order a good 3-4 weeks before you want your glasses as delivery took a while.
Overall though, very happy with the purchase.

Glasses arrived earlier than expected. Will stop in store when next in Vancouver for small fit adjustment. Otherwise I love the colour, size and look. Service in store was excellent. Very patient with my decision making.
I only go to Clearly now. Glasses are a fraction of what they cost elsewhere and there are many stylish options. I found that the app is pretty decent for giving you an idea of how you would look in a particular pair of frames, but it is highly unflattering. I don't know what it does, but it seems to enhance all my skin tone and face shape flaws. With that being said, if the glasses look good in the try on app, they probably will look AWESOME in real life. I usually find the frames I like best online and then visit in person to get a better idea. Always happy, never disappointed with my glasses from Clearly.
I've been ordering disposable contact lenses for about 7 years now from Clearly. While I can't fault their website and general service; the price of my lenses has risen by about 25%, the actual quality of the individual lenses seems to have gone down (It's not unusual to have up to 10 defective, ill-fitting lenses in a 90 pack) and my particular brand prescribed is getting harder and harder to find, so I generally have to wait 2-4 weeks for an order... when I used to get it within 2-3 days! Maybe I was just spoiled before!
Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!

If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
