Very happy with the purchase experience from WebEyeCare. It was one of the best prices and exceeded my expectations on delivery time over a busy thanksgiving week. I got it in only about 3-4 days and it came well packaged. Also happy with the regular email and text updates on shipping status.
I placed my order on Monday, December 27@ 9:15 AM. They stated that it would take 5-10 business days to receive the order, but actually received the order on Wednesday, December 29. I think they just state a longer period just in case something goes wrong with the shipping. I would definitely order from them again even if running low on my contacts instead of ordering locally as it is a much more economical efficient process.

I saw it was great price for Webeyecare for contact lenses, so decided to try. They charged high processing fee, which eventually brought the price on par with Costco. It is ok, which I understand. What I called it is liar, because it says if I sign up will give me 15 dollars off for signing up. Asked for my email and cell number and I had to verify, which is ok too. What happened in the end, I put in the code, it said 'Great job, if you order 100+ put in this code. If you order 125+, put in this code". I did as well. In the end, even though I ordered over 200 dollars, it only gave me 5 dollars off. After I went through all these troubles, they lied about that? I was really mad and cancelled and went with Costco, which is a much more trustworthy brand! Do not give your information to them!

They had my contacts to me within a few days! And they were the cheapest I could find and I looked for two days checking prices. The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't put my exact script in. Was told they changed it when they verified it. But other than that I'll most likely be ordering from them everytime in the future :).

Placed order for $519, and they added a $219 "processing fee" because other companies "hide their fee in the product price..." This company is a joke!

On various search platforms, it's typical for sellers to have the product price listed separate from any handling or processing fees. We do try to be as up front about ours as possible with listing the charges separately in the Cart. I am very stressed out. I moved after putting an order in for my contacts, but due to them not being in stock I had to wait two weeks... But had filed a change of address weeks prior... Well long story short... The carrier they used to ship my contacts decided instead of forwarding my package to my new address or better yet... Leave it at the local post office... To return it to sender... Which ended up being a whole different location not the location where it was previously sent from... Yea confusing I know, what's more confusing is I have reached out to this company 3 times in the past week and a half... And heard nothing! Then I just call them and get placed on hold for over ten minutes... And now being told the ESTIMATED shipping day is tomorrow, and will take ten days to even reach me. I just wanna cry... My eyes are in so much pain!

USPS does show that they attempted to forward your package on July 26th. It does not say why that attempt resulted in the package being returned to us. Unfortunately, we have no control over the processes of USPS. We do recommend, in the future, advising us of the new address so we can update your order prior to shipment. Our system shows a replacement order was requested on August 3rd when you advised us of the package not being received. The replacement order is also on backorder as your brand and prescription combination are not readily in stock for shipment. We have advised our shipping department to ship the order as it becomes available so you may receive multiple shipments of varying quantities. We requested the replacement be shipped with next business day air so once it does ship you will not need to wait the 10 business days of your original shipping winodw. Webeyecare.com has been my go-to site for ordering prescription contacts online - always quick deliver and exactly what I ordered. The few times I have called customer service my questions have been answered efficiently, or requests to edit an order was always done quickly and correctly as well. No complaints. Their low pricing is also pretty great!
They have always been the lowest price. Their rewards program makes them even less. If there is a problem, they have always corrected it and made it right. I usually allow two weeks lead time just in case my contacts are not in stock to avoid paying excess shipping costs.
Shipping took longer than expected but since price was so excellent, it was well worth it. Just give yourself time. Right and left eye were not identified. If you have the script, not such a big deal I guess. But it caused huge amounts of frustration to my 13- year old.
Service was great, fast and best price I could find online. Well done on my order *******. I intend to use WebEyeCare again and will have other members of my family do the same when we need new prescriptions filled
I found this site through Google Shopping. Hadn't heard of them before but prices were great. Sometimes this cam be a bait-and-switch. But everything went smoothly. No gimmicks. Free shipping. Fast delivery. Text notifications. I even had a question about the arc which got a speedy response from their care team. Will definitely be back for more!

I have been using this company for over one year now. Had the pleasure of dealing with customer service due to an expired script and they were very courteous and helpful in requesting the necessary information for me from the doctor's office. Quick delivery too! Like them on Facebook for extra discount.
I have weird eyes, and I've been through several brands of contact lenses in the last year, which gets wicked expensive. WebEyeCare.com was the cheapest site I found for what I needed. Shipping was a little slower than I'd like, but if you plan ahead that's not an issue. Also there's an increased processing fee with every box you order, so ordering in bulk won't save you money, which I thought was weird. Overall I'm satisfied.

A mammy story and excuse every time. Then in what I (personally, I cannot speak for others on this) take as an added insult, each excuse offered is always placing blame on someone else, never once simply admitting fault and owning their mess up.
