I ordered one box of contacts for each eye. They arrived in a timely manner and are correct. I would give them 5 stars but I question the credibility of where these contacts actually come from. They are made overseas and the address listed on the website as their location is a small strip mall in the suburbs somewhere.
Repeat customer due to good prices. Ordered the wrong contacts and they caught it and got hold of me. Was relieved as they were for my son and I would have had to return and reorder. Saved me a lot of trouble. Very quick delivery.
Despite the fact that this was my first order based on a new prescription, it took WebEyeCare very little time to verify my prescription and ship my contacts. I anticipate my next order will be even quicker. My order arrived promptly and was exactly the same as provided by my eye care professional. I ordered Air Optix Colors, 2 boxes (6 lenses per box) at approx. $58 per box. Site claimed "free shipping", but then charged about $17 "processing fee", which is somewhat deceptive, but final price was still a decent deal. I'll probably use them again if they keep offering low prices. Arrived in about a week, so you have to plan ahead a bit if you want to save on shipping. Order *******.
Employs mildly shady practice of advertising low prices and adding a fee. However, the final price seemed to be the lowest around for buying 2 boxes.
Contacts were not labelled left/right, othewise it would have been 5 stars.
I can't complain - it wasn't amazing or anything, but got the job done. It would have been nice if there was not a hidden "processing" fee added at checkout on top of shipping charges. I felt deceived by that as a customer and probably won't order from Webeyecare again because of it.
This was my first time ever ordering contact lenses through the mail, and I was a little confused by the varying prices. I decided on WebEyeCare because the price was the lowest--I figured even if shipping took longer, I could wait. However, 3 1/2 days after ordering, I received my contacts! That's impressive! Very, very satisfied.
Why pay $60 when you can pay $40 per box of contact lenses. I have used the site 3 times and I am very satisfied with their quality of product and shipping experience. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for some hidden processing fees added at check out.

You shipped realy fast communicate well so I'm satisfied with my purchase. Packaging was Great and you protect each box really carefully. The customer service seems really prompt based on what I can see through emails I received.
So many complaints with the BBB! No wonder! Just wished I would've check first. After they sent the wrong order, I called multiple times to have it corrected. Unfortunately, I was placed on hold for 15 to 20 minutes at a time and then hung up on. MULTIPLE TIMES. Finally spoke to a "supervisor " "Juanita" who said I would have the correct contact sent next day air. Liars. Do yourself and and your bank account a favor and stay away from this company! It's a scam. Shame on you all. Check the BBB, you'll see. I will add my complaint everywhere including the federal trade commission.
Love this site for contacts, they were so helpful when I had to contact customer service, and good prices, and you get the option of quicker shipment if contacts are needed asap. 2nd time ordering and will continue.

Worst Customer Service. Waited over a week and still no contacts. They allegedly shipped them but never received as much as an email confirming item had shipped. Then they claim item was delivered (which it wasn't) and now refuse to issue refund until USPS investigation is complete.
I've ordered contacts from W. E for years. However, I submitted a reorder and was sent wrong prescription. When I called, I was told that I entered it incorrectly (I didn't enter anything) then was told provider changed my prescription (not true)

My family and I use contact lenses. After many years of using different retail sites, my daughter found Webeye Care. In my opinion it's the best site on te net. The prices are great and the customer service is second to none. And to top it all off their shipping is ultra fast. Unless things change they have a customer for life.
I thought that the prices were reasonable (and competitive) and that they were efficient in verifying my prescription information. My contacts arrived in a timely manner, which was great, considering that I often end up waiting 1-3 weeks if I order from my ophthalmologist. I will definitely use this website for future purchases!
Webeyecare.com does have the best prices for contact lenses, but I wasn't happy with being charged both a shipping and an additional handling charge. The price is still cheaper than other places, but this is a little deceiving. You don't know this until you get ready to place your order.
I submitted my contact lens order and prescription documents on-line at the WebEyeCare.com They confirmed everything via email and in 2 weeks I got my package. It was simple and quick. And I used their coupon which they send almost every month. Finally it was chipper by 40% than ordering from my eye doctor's office. And WebEyeCare receipt was accepted by my vision insurance and I received $105.00 as the reimbursement from insurance.

I was going to purchase from this website because the website had a very low contact box price. However, once the processing and shipping were added, I decided to go back to my regular purchase place of Walgreens.com and wound up paying about $29 less. Even though Walgreens' boxes advertise for more, with their frequent 20% discounts, and discounts for buying a year at a time and free shipping, it was a better deal. Not saying this website is bad, or that I wouldn't look here again when price comparing, but I like that Walgreens has faster shipping, marks their boxes with R and L and is cheaper this time around for me.
I was a little skeptical because the website looked really funny with oversized buttons and big bright colors. It looked more like a website was designed for touch screens. However, I checked out some reviews online like sites like these and they were overwhelmingly positive, at least compared to some of the other websites that sold discount contacts. Yes, it's slightly more expensive than the cheapest site I could find out there, but I felt more comfortable knowing that they wouldn't lose my order as other users have complained on other sites. I received my contacts within a week of ordering it after sending a scan of my prescription. After that, I was confident enough to recommended it to my brother as well.

A mammy story and excuse every time. Then in what I (personally, I cannot speak for others on this) take as an added insult, each excuse offered is always placing blame on someone else, never once simply admitting fault and owning their mess up.
