My order was wrong because your company sent me a non valid script because the eye doctor didn't answer the phone that day. U sent me 2 months worth of contacts I paid for six. Basically I got ripped off.
Although I am shocked at the universally large price increase for contact lenses in the last year, and wish that all web providers were more transparent about their pricing (they all hide handling and mailing costs deep in the order process, after we're enticed by a low price), the service from Webeyecare was exemplary. The lenses were easy to locate and select on their website, uploading a prescription was easy, and delivery was seamless (and quicker than promised).

I have ordered contacts from webeyecare 2 times now. I have always been pleased with the prices and turn around time. My contacts were shipped within a few days. I found the same contacts on another site for a very close price. I called webeyecare.com and asked if they had any specials or coupons and the lady gave me a code for $5 off.
They charged my card on 9/14/09. I call today (9/22/09) and am told my order number or last name isn't on file. The young lady (who is calm but obviously doesn't care and is playing with me) pretends to investigate further and finally gives me a tracking number for some other person that ordered a few weeks earlier. I call back and get the voice mail thing. I do the live chat and finally get someone to answer. But it is probably the same lady. She tells me a request will be sent to have it shipped tomorrow. Wow! I got charged eons ago and they are barely making the request to ship! If the previous reviews are any indication, the lenses will not ship ever. I will never, ever do business with these scammers again!
My experience with webeyecare.com was great! This was the first time using this site - I was looking for the best price on contacts while getting them in a quick hassle free method. I ordered them online while faxing a copy of my prescription to speed up the process. Webeyecare.com took care of all of those for me. Got a very reasonable priced contacts for both eyes and within a week these contacts were shipped to my college address. Will for sure use this website again.
I accidentally happened upon this company and I was glad I did. The prices were a whole lot lower than I am used to paying and the service was fantastic. I highly recommend them. I will be ordering my contacts from here in the future. Thanks so much for the great service.

I was able to order my contacts very easily thru the webeyecare.com website. The prices they had were better then any other site I had seen. I received my lenses about a week later and I wore my first pair 2 days ago. Great experience with Webeyecare and i definitely will be reordering.
They falsify their pricing. They give you a lower "published" rate, then when you get to the very end of the billing process, after spending 30 minutes going through the ordering process, they surprise you with (1) a bogus processing fee; and (2) excessive shipping and handling rates. Their call center denies that their published rates are fraudulent, of course, but there's no doubt they falsely advertise the price of their contacts to get you to the site, then pull a bait-and-switch. Patented fraud. Buyer beware.
I have been order few times from Webeyecare.com, and I like it. It is easy and fast. Very helpful website, and lots of discount. Normally, the product will shipped by UPS, and will arrived in 5 days; however, sometimes they do have some issues, and will take longer. Overall, GREAT customer service, and will come back again. :)

Until a prescription is received showing the adjustments you mentioned in the e-mail, we will be unable to fill the order for anything else but what is written on the prescription.
I totally have no idea of what they wanted. If you wanted something I do not know please tell me before I ordered. I already went to the doctor twice and wrote two prescription for them, and both are not they wanted, it is funny.
Each time a purchase is made for the lenses, they have met beyond expectation. I tried to search if anyone else can beat the price. Nobody was even close. I would continue to buy for the family. Great deals!

The shipping was extremely slow and when it got here 4 of the 8 boxes were the wrong prescription. Not even sure how that happens when it's the same in both eyes and they are supposed to verify with your eye dr. Got the replacements one month later after I sent the wrong boxes back.
The "handling" costs were somewhat unreasonable. I thought I was getting a deal until got to check out and there was an added 13.95 charge for "handling." Inevitably, I ended up paying a comparable price to other sites I looked. They did ship in a reasonable amount of time and arrived a day before anticipated.
I really enjoyed the trial contacts my eye doctor gave me, however they were extremely expensive. I was able to order the same contact from your site at about half the cost. Shipping is extremely quick and being able to save my prescription in your system saves me time when purchasing more.
I FB'd MSG the company website, on a saturday evening and received a msg that night! It was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I easily filled out to complete my order. I received a $10 off coupon via email... i thought this would save me money on s&h... which it did. And then there was a random 8-$10 "processing" fee... i thought that was kind of sneaky... but it was still cheaper than any other eye contact place. I took a pic of my prescription with my phone and emailed it to them as they asked that night. 2 days later... i had my contacts! I cant believe how fast it was. I would highly recommend this site. My only issue was the first contact i put on was defected in my right eye and i had to throw it away... i know this is a manufacturer error and not retail seller error, but i still was short 1 contact out of 6 when i paid for 6... thanks. - sarah gardner
The price was the lowest I could find on line for the dailies contact lenses so I thought I would try the company. They shipped my order right away and I received it quickly. The packaging on order was great with paper support inside box - I mention this because the box was dented in one corner by mail service but the interior product was undamaged due to proper packing. I will definitely use this company for future contact purchases.
Fast delivery, good price, and have never disappointed. Also happy that they don't require minimum purchase amount. I can or 1 box or 100. Other sites require 3 box minimum. That can be expensive at one time. Even with free delivery, it's fast shipping. Have been ordering from y'all for a few years now, and probably will be ordering for years to come. Thanks.
I have been getting lenses from WebEyeCare for a couple of years now. Always satisfied; however this time the box they arrived in was crushed as were the 2 boxes of lenses inside. I haven't opened them yet to see if the actual lenses were damaged. The lenses need to be laid down flat in the box or secured with some kind of padding.

This is my first time ordering from webeyecare.com so I thought to give it a try given the many positive reviews online and also this is the best price I could find at the time. The box appeared to be tampered upon arrival (see photo). The two boxes of contacts inside were intact and were not opened and the mailing statement was also inside. I tried the contacts yesterday and they were comfortable; I have been wearing this same brand for many years now. I have been ordering contacts online for many years now from different companies and they never arrived in damaged box. Overall, I am happy with the purchase and just curious what happened to the package along the transit route.

Answer: That my friend, is the million dollar question! For myself, and numerous others I've read on multiple different website reviews, it's going on 6+ weeks with a different $#*! A mammy story and excuse every time. Then in what I (personally, I cannot speak for others on this) take as an added insult, each excuse offered is always placing blame on someone else, never once simply admitting fault and owning their mess up.
