Reliable

I have been using webeyecare for the past 3 years. For the most part service, shipping and products are very good. Only issue sometimes is when prescription changes, you have to make sure they have it on file, otherwise the shipment will get delayed if you don't follow up. As they say, every mistake is a lesson learned. Overall, very satisfy with this company. My second son is ready for contact, so I will be using webeyecare as well.

I just recently purchased contacts at this website for the first time. Very easy to navigate through. Plus the price was so much less than what I've been paying when ordering thru my eye doctor. I plan to continue to use Web Eye Care.

They have great customer service but their prices are misleading. There are processing fees that they add on. It can greatly increase costs. I'd prefer a true price for the lenses that includes the fees. It's difficult to compare prices because you don't know what you're really paying until you have gone through almost the entire ordering process.

Got the order quickly for a great price and at first we thought they had messed up the order on one box, but after calling them for a refund we found out that it was exactly what we needed. They went the extra mile to call and confirm prescriptions with our eye doctor that they were getting us the right lens since our manufacturer doesn't make lenses to those specifications. Very helpful

I ordered from web eye care thinking it will be much faster than my eye doctor. I was clearly mistaken. I sent a copy of my prescription with my order and six days later it was barely being shipped. Why it would take six days I have no clue. I understand the weekend but by Tuesday they still had not shipped. I can go to my doctors office and that day it will be processed. My contracts were shipped in two separate boxed and arrived days apart. Overall slow service has me convinced web eye care is a poor choice

While they didn't overcharge me for my purchase, they did pretty much everything else poorly.

It took forever for me to receive my contacts, communication with them was extremely difficult and they made false promises regarding shipment and returning my calls.

I will never do business with them again and suggest that you avoid them. Trust me, a few dollars saved is definitely not worth the hassles and headaches.

What a smooth transaction! Even after receiving the wrong brand the first time, webeyecare was so helpful in fixing the issue in a prompt manner. They even sent a pair to hold me over while my correct order was being processed. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service, fast replies to emails and quick shipping. Not a scam

I always try to find the cheapest deal on contacts whenever I need to renew (eye doctor offices charge at least twice or three times what I can find online for myself). WebEyeCare was the cheapest I could find this time. The contacts were shipped to me quickly and their staff was very helpful. The only thing that could have been better was notification from the company that a shipping label had been created the moment they took money from my account. Otherwise, all good.

WebEyeCare's site is very simple and quick. I love their chat feature, its right there on the site so if you have any questions you just type and get an immediate response. I was able to find the lenses I need and place my order in a matter of minutes. The lenses came yesterday and were very securely packaged inside both a cardboard box and a plastic envelope to protect them from the elements. Very nice.

I usually get my contact lenses at 1-800 Contacts or Walgreens. Although they have competitive prices as well-they are not even close to what I paid at Webeyecare.com I saved $30 and the shipping was almost as fast. I will use them again an again.

I was searching for contacts online, cheaper than the price given by my eye doctor of $40 a box - after looking noone could beat webeyecare prices. I got my contacts for $27 a box - the only downside was the high shipping and processing charges. My husband also ordered his from them and we both saved money.The orders came quickly too.

I will never be ordering from this company again. Personally, I do not understand how they are in business. When entering their site from facebook, google shopping, amazon, or just typing in the site they offer all different pricing. 12.95 shipping and 20% processing is just crazy. I rather order with a company that is upfront with their customers and don't pull this stunt. FRAUD

WebEyeCare is extremely efficient, and has the best prices I've found on the internet for my contacts. They conveniently store my prescription, so re-ordering my contacts is super quick and easy. It only takes me about 5 minutes, since I just re-order the same thing I ordered a few months ago, as soon as I remember I need them (when I'm at work), and I can expect them to arrive in the next couple of days. How awesome!

Great Prices however, there are processing fees that are not mentioned until you check out. Example $25 processing fee on 8 boxes of contacts which raises the price per box by over $3. Of course there are shipping costs but this is expected however they are on top of the processing costs.

Prices still seem to fall below most competitors however it can be a little misleading if you are a first time customer.
