My order is always right, and on time. I would have give five stars except for the fact that the boxes aren't labeled (left or right) so it takes some investigation to figure out which eye is which. Otherwise, great!

After "shopping" other competitors Webeyecare continues to offer outstanding pricing on my Clariti 1 Day Multifocal contacts and with free and fast shipping. Have not experienced any problems with the lenses I have received from Webeyecare.

I paid for an eye exam for a contacts prescription. I waited two weeks, and nothing ever came. I had to contact customer service, follow up after I heard nothing, and then finally got a refund with no explanation as to what the heck happened. It was a let down.

I have ordered all of my contacts from webeyecare.com for the past few years and have never been let down. Nobody has been able to beat their prices and they have always been very helpful. Also, they get my orders out quickly every time.

I ordered the same contacts. They already had my prespcription. Even saved an extra couple of bucks on this box. Only reason they are not a 5 star is because when I tried to buy two boxes, I was being assessed a fee I didn't understand or feel the need to pay.

Watch out! They'll post one price for contacts and then when you get to checkout it almost doubles! Be sure to check the final pricing before actually paying and ordering. As I had ordered from them successfully before, I did try to call - twice. Unending holds until one hung up on me and the second apparently dropped me into a voicemail box - without telling me. I moved on to another company.

Buyer Beware! webeyecare.com charges a processing fee that is not disclosed until after you have paid! The fee is so high it makes their contacts more expensive than other sites. They do this in order to fool Google Shopping into rating them the lowest priced contacts when in fact once you factor in the the hidden fee their contacts are more expensive.

I ordered from this Website as Cohen's Optical was going to charge me $60.00 for 1 box of contacts. By chance I found this website ordered one box not only was the price less than $20 for a box of 6 lenses. The delivery was super fast. Upon receipt of the item they are the same quality and brand that I originally order. I am definitely going to tell my friends about this website.

My experience was really good. I accidentally put the wrong prescription information in for her contacts and was notified right away that there was not a match and to let me know they would fix the issue without me having to reorder or do anything except let them know if i would like them to fix it. To me, this is great customer service!

They we're $28 a box cheaper, than any other company and site.
I have been a contact wearer for 20 years and the pricing was awesome and fast delivery as well.

Had to contact them several times. Last contact they promised an expedited shipment since I still had not received my contacts... still waiting for an email or anything that shows that they mailed the replacement out or any expedited service.
