I have used WebEyeCare many times for my contact lens orders. Most of the time it is excellent. Great service, fast delivery, good price. This past experience was less than stellar. I received an email with a coupon code "TAKE10" with no clear restrictions. My order would NOT take this code. I have been going back and forth with Customer Service reps with no satisfaction to date. Not the right way to treat a long standing, loyal customer in my opinion.
Had an issue with using a Cyber Monday code. Rex took care of this in no time with absolutely no hassle. Will be using this website for my other children's contacts as a result. Thanks Rex.
