Beware of hidden processing fees that are not stated upfront. You need to factor into the total cost the processing fees of $28.74 (at least for my order) and shipping fees $12.95. When I loaded both those costs into the total cost, they are WAY more expensive than other web sites for contact lenses.
I like my color contacts but feel they are not fitting right for my eyes things seem to be blurry as I have them on and I don't think that should be if I have a prescription. But the overall quality is okay.
I've ordered with WebEyeCare since 2012 and haven't really had any major issues. Going back through emails, looks like they couldn't issue a refund one time and issued a store credit instead. And it seems they also have issued a refund for an expired prescription issue. There was only one order where one of the lenses was ripped upon opening, but that's a manufacturing fault, not WebEyeCare.
Great deal and value! I shopped around and other stores want 3x the cost per box, ridiculous! I will definitely be using webeyecare.com for all my contact lens needs. I'm also placing an order for my husband.

I order more contact lenses every 3-4 months as needed. Every time I search for the very best price on them and every time I end up purchasing through Web Eye Care! Contact lenses are the same wherever you get them so the product doesnt improve one place over another, but the price differs dramatically. I pay 20-25% under the typical online cost. Thats a significant savings.
Webeyecare is awesome! They have the lowest price I've found on the contacts I use. They are easy to order from their site is easy to use. They deliver safely and quickly every time. I would recommend them to anyone. I've been using them for a couple years now and will continue to order from them!

Holy cow. Paid $155 and got $111 back. Huge restocking fee if you have to return your contacts. Just made a mistake and order the wrong ones. Sent back in the same box, brand new, and I paid return shipping. Webeyecare could have caught the error too from the script I uploaded. But nope. Asked for store credit so I could order the correct brand, but still got hit with this restocking fee. Terrible customer service. Taking my contacts orders along with my other family contact orders to other more customer friendly suppliers
I have ordered contact lenses from other websites in the past, and found the process cumbersome and the prices deceptive (i. E. in one case a very low product cost, offset by an absurdly high shipping cost). In the past couple of years, however, I've been ordering from webeyecare.com and will continue to do so. They are fast, efficient, and have the best prices I've found.
It's great working with this company. They ship really fast and the process is always easy. They have good customer service. I get exactly what I need without a problem. I love the fact that they have free shipping.
Sent back lenses to be replaced with another Rx. Filled out the forms correctly, unfortunately, mailed them back to the place from where they came. Evidently, I should have mailed them to Pa. You would think when they opened the box and saw the form that someone would have taken the initiative to send them to the correct office. Regardless, they received the lenses, I did not get my replacements and they charged me a restocking fee which, by the way, is really not legal since I wanted a replacement box, not a refund. So I am out $15.00 and no lenses. Will not do business with them again.
Takes them forever to get back to you and all they say is "I'm sorry", how about what can we do to remedy this?... really?
I have ordered from Web Eye Care in the past so they had record of my orders. I simply had to choose which products I needed to reorder. I was updated as the order was processed and provided with a delivery date.
Almost ordered the wrong contacts, but the company noticed it was different to my prescription and checked with me before they sent them out. Thank goodness otherwise I would have had to return them and not had my contacts in time! Thanks!
This is the second time I ordered from webeyecare and it was convenient & quick. They sent me an email with my last ordered items so I could simply click that and reorder. They had my prescription on file so there was no need to resend my paperwork or doctors information. A simple click, payment info and submit. The low rate on the same brand of contacts I have used for several years was great. I was a little confused to see that there were so many other languages on boxes, but the contacts are the same. The contacts arrived a day earlier than expected and I'm very satisfied with the experience.

Answer: That my friend, is the million dollar question! For myself, and numerous others I've read on multiple different website reviews, it's going on 6+ weeks with a different $#*! A mammy story and excuse every time. Then in what I (personally, I cannot speak for others on this) take as an added insult, each excuse offered is always placing blame on someone else, never once simply admitting fault and owning their mess up.
