First pair i ordered i just dint like.so i ordered another pair right after i mailed my return,second pair was grossly assymetrical (lenses) but still forced into the frames.still waiting for 1st refund!
I've ordered contacts from clearly for years and always had good experiences with my orders. Really quick delivery, good communication and updates through emails… but recently something changed.
I placed my usual order, and received an email on Sept. 13th with a tracking number (no statement of what courier service). It stated that I would receive another email in a few days with a full detailed receipt. (Which I never received)
I looked up the tracking number on Canada post and tried to find tracking info on my account on clearly but nothing showed up. No further emails came in.
I called clearly on sept. 21st and they informed me that they were using a different courier service (ICS courier) and sent me an email link to the site so I could track.
I looked on the site and it said my order was undeliverable.
I then called ICS courier……. They informed me that they can't ship to PO Boxes. And clearly should know that. (So why did they send with this courier company!? Beats me) They told me they would have to transfer to Canada post if they could.
So I called clearly and let them know all of this… They told me they would take care of it and send me an email with a new tracking number in a couple days.
Sept.22nd I received an email from clearly stating that my package had been delivered. Wow I was so stoked it was finally there… I called the Canada post office it was meant to be delivered to. They hadn't received anything. That was on a Friday. So I called again on Monday… Sept.25th and they hadn't received anything still…….
I called clearly. They informed me that my order was sent back to their warehouse… ( ok why did you say it was delivered then!?) I asked if they could resend it? And hopefully I could get a refund for all of these shenanigans…. I feel like that wasn't too much to ask. Then I was informed that because of something to do with their new system. They couldn't resend my package. They would refund me in a few days and I would have to re-order my contacts. I asked to speak to a supervisor (yes I was being a Karen) I received an email the next day from a supervisor saying the exact same thing and apologized for this happening… but not holding themselves accountable for the lack of updates and communication.
At this point it had been just over 2 weeks since I placed the order. Contacts are kind of a major part of my life?! I need them to see. I'm not gonna make another order again when it may take another two weeks for my order to maybe show up!?
This is super rediculous…. After all that, I'm definitely finding another site to buy my contacts from….
