The time frame of US orders on this site states 5-7 business days. I contacted the phone number online and it does not go to anyone you can talk to, it goes to a voicemail. So I used their live chat. THREE TIMES. The order I placed had been over the 10 business days and tracking still states "label created". I chatted in for assistance to find out why it hasnt moved and where the products are. The first rep stated to wait a couple more days and if it hasnt arrived it would be immediately taken care of. Ok, easy enough. It didnt arrive. I chatted in again, this rep gives zero help. Makes excuses about customs and it getting stuck and have a delay because of customs. Doesnt offer information on where or when my products will show up. Says he can offer a $10 credit, doesnt apply that and says he will have a supervisor contact me through email, 2 business days later, no email. I chat in again. I start the conversation verifying how long the shipping time is for US orders and where it ships from. She sends me a screenshot from their website outlining the 5-7 business days and tells me that they have warehouses all over the world and it would come from the closest warehouse to me and if its in stock it would be 5-7 business days. I gave her my order number and told her the previous situation and she starts talking about customs again. She literally just told me 5-7 business days and that it would come from a warehouse close to me if the products are in stock which they were the order was placed, but now we are talking about customs again? She could not tell me where the products are or when they are expected to arrive. When I asked for information she said she had nothing more she could tell me, and would just repeat that during the chat. She said she escalated my case and to wait for the email from the supervisor even though thats what the agent said 2 days ago and I have not heard anything from anyone there. I have a vacation coming up and ordered in sufficient time so that if i needed to make any exchanges I could do so, but now its been almost 2 weeks since i ordered and the label still show "label created waiting for shipper" and I cant get any help from anyone at this company and they make excuses on why they dont have an answer on where my products are. Even if it somehow accidentally never shipped it would be better to be honest about it and offer to express my order instead of making up excuses and blaming it on customs after telling me they have warehouses near me. This is AWFUL service. Leaving me without any information on the order I PAID for and not able to speak with anyone who can actually provide some kind of help.

Here is a real review from a real customer... one that hasn't been paid If you order from this company and aren't lucky enough to have your items fit correctly this is how your return process will play out.
This company does not provide a phone number for customer service. They make contact as inconvenient as they can hoping customers get frustrated and give up. I could have had my return taking care of in one phone call and been done! But no, they prefer back and forth communication through email so they can drag out the stupid "ticket " time frame to justify not refunding your money.
On Feb 21,2019, Per their instruction, I sent pictures of the items and requested a shipping label to be sent to me to return my items for a refund.
I received no response from cup she so I sent the information again on March 16. They responded back on March 16 With three options to choose from. A. 130% coupon to use later. Keep item. B. 60% refund keep items. C. Full refund. They respond back with stupid options instead of just saying they don't provide return shipping labels. So once again I respond back on March 16 with option C for full refund. Assuming a shipping label will be arriving.
Five days later, when no return shipping label arrived I checked my email again to find they sent me more options to choose from (on the 17th) This time the options were
A. Deduct five dollars for each suit and refund the rest and keep the suits.
B. Full refund. Send back items at my expense
And finally mentioned they don't provide shipping labels.
I messaged back on March 21 when I saw the email and now was very frustrated that I waited for a shipping label to arrive and no one could mention they don't provide them? So I just wanted to be done with it and opted for option A. Clarifying in the response that I would be getting a refund for the full amount minus a total of 10$ and if that was case then I opt for option A. Option A was my answer! Instead of taking that as my final answer and processing my refund they respond back with the amount that will be refunded and "what do you think?" WHAT DO I THINK?! I just said I wanted option A. But they have to keep the back and forth emails going to frustrate the customer and run the ticket time frame. They bet on the chance that people are busy and don't check their emails every minute. So I did not see the email until the 28. So I responded again with " Yes, Option A please".
They responded back with the ticket time frame has run out and they won't refund my money now.
This is their strategy, you ask for a refund, and they offer options to choose from. When you still ask for the refund they sweeten the deal and put a new set of options on the table to choose from. Just to keep the emails going back and forth to get the time to run out so they don't have to refund your money.
If their suits were made for normal sized women. I mean seriously no woman I have seen is proportioned the way this suit was made. I am a small women and I have a narrow body. The bra cups of the top were so close together that the whole outer sides of my breast's were exposed. No woman in the world has breasts that close together! They are a bunch of shysters.

I'm thankful my bank kindly refunded my entire purchase, including the expedited shipping fee I tagged on to my purchase. I advise everyone going through a return battle with this company to reach out to your bank, or Paypal, and give them the details as I have. Explain this company's "return policy" discrepancies so they can retrieve your money internally. Save yourself the hassle of sending emails back and forth to an automatically generated and generic email response system from their "customer service" team.
I bought a bathing suit and ordered the size I needed via my personal measurements. First purchase with this company. Like most victims of this site, upon receiving the suit, it didn't fit and was made of very cheap material. I emailed their customer service, per instruction, on their website. Take a look at their Return Policy page:
1. Where is the mythical fine print' in reference to these asterisks? Why the need for asterisks if the fine print' is not publicly seen on the page?
2. "If customer service offers a coupon to compensate your first order...". Where are the specifications as to what will be awarded a coupon vs. a full refund? Again, this was my first order with this company, not a second or third order or some dumb coupon they granted me due to prior dissatisfaction so I might buy more of their product which doesn't fit me.
3. Although I didn't highlight it, there is NO customer service # to discuss orders. Just an email address where you get an automatically generated generic response to your request for a refund. (See below)

1. This company's sizes are off and are not designed for women who have average sized bodies so no, someone who desires a refund certainly is not, instead, desiring "credit" to a vast array of even more cheap ill-fitting products.
