Please, show me another Harry Potter movie. Rocky, anyone? How about LOTR? Oh Jesus, it's Friends. Where are the first-run movies I might expect from a premium service? Time to cancel, I think. What a waste of money.

I've been paying $22 a month for a few years now, primarily for HBO and Showtime shows like Dexter New Blood and House of the Dragon. The rest of it is complete drivel - I don't think I've watched anything for 4 months. The same stuff is endlessly repeated and recycled and it's either nauseating woke programming or year-round xmas-themed romcoms. Ugh. I cancelled my subscription today.

Bad customer service

En plus des délais de chargement trop longs, l'application affiche fréquemment des erreurs qui font perdre le programme en cours d'écoute ou qui bloque le passage d'un épisode à un autre (pour une série). C'est vraiment tout croche, utilisation frustrante. Le service à la clientèle est courtois mais ne résoud rien: 2 mois d'abonnement, 3 appels différents et aucune action prise pour améliorer mon service. Alors bye bye!

I hoped to access movies I can't find on other streaming services, but was severely disappointed. Bell Media is too cheap to get full rights to the movies on their site, so many are only in French. They don't even have English subtitles. For an extremely expensive subscription (unless you want to watch ads, in which case, just go to Tubi or Plex), the consumers are given the bare minimum. I'm only going to resubscribe when the new season of Last of Us releases. It's not good for much else

Is anyone else experiencing repeat performances of the Rocky movies on Crave through Bell? This is beyond ridiculous and if not Rocky the Lord of the Rings. Also HBO programming are documentaries I have watched several years ago and now Craves movies are making their way onto HBO. I do not have the app just service which gets charged onto my Bell bil. Opinions please

I understand that I have the basic plan but the adds are insane.

I just chose a show, I had to watch 2 adds 10 seconds later, 4 adds, every 5 minutes 4 adds.

The adds vary from 10 to 40 seconds

This is too much

Good movies only available with premium subscription, but already paying $22 per month wtf? Spend your money somewhere else!
