Hi, I would like to know why Cravetv ratings are so poor. 90% of customers are dissatisfied with the service.

Because they only offer the absolute bare minimum for a streaming service, I suspect the ONLY reason it has lots of subscribers because crave seems to offer more rare shows, but for a bigger price mind you.

Because they air too much made for tv Canadian crap. Bring back the Movie Central concept of airing new releases and they'll get my subscription again.
