I would not recommend getting CraveTV. Their customer support and technical support as well as quality is not upto the mark to compete with other service providers.

I bought a $100 gift card. The receipt says $100. My credit card said they charged me $100. When I entered the code, it said $50. That was about 10 days ago. Still trying to get them to correct the gift card value. Today I finally asked them to refund all my money. I've spend 4 hours between being on hold and just waiting for them to check something in the system. STAY AWAY!

Prepaid works as well but dont do it... avoid this service until they get their act together... it is Bell Canada... just dont.
