I think CraveTV knows their service sucks so they don't have refund policy. Once the customer is in, they are stuck.

Absolutely agreed. 100%. Also, they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never give your payment information to ANY Bell Media company, because they will screw you. Contact the BBB to make a complaint.
