I subscribed to Crave over a year ago. I had major surgery on June 7. They sent me a yearly renewal notice on June 14; I was not conscious of it. They charge my credit card against my will on June 24. A 10 day notice before tying you up for a full year. I chatted online, then called and offered to give me the courtesy to switch to a monthly subscription - they could keep a month, but I at least would get $200 back. Nope.

I missed the deadline by 18 hours.

They read me the terms and conditions and repeated that they did not give refunds and sent an email on the 14th. Like, I wish I had read it, you narcissistic, self-centered bastards.

They force you to have a credit card on file and then charge it against your will for 12 months. No one else does this. Have you ever experienced this with a confident, successful company like Apple, Netflix or any other streamer? Nope. You can get a refund within 24 hours of noticing the charge on your card. Crave forces you into a relationship you don't want and keeps your money after giving you less than 2 weeks' notice.

I wish you all the karma you deserve, bastards. F*** you.

What the freak

This streaming service is absolutely coconuts. I spent 100$ which to the humble working boy like myself is a lottttt of money. I don't mind the common advertisement once in a while but holy smokes. I get anywhere from 6-9 ads per 25 minutes episode of a show! Crave is so lucky they have so many goofy silly shows I love. Nuff said

Ripped me off

Signed on to get a month so I could watch one show which took me all of 3 days. But instead of asking me what subscription I wanted automatically billed me for a full years subscription which is completely over priced and then absolutely refused me any kind of a refund.

The absolute worst streaming service! Don't waste your money. There's some solid shows that I enjoy, but ever since they jacked up their prices by 100% and added commercials it has gone to absolute s*it.

They advertise it's "$9.99/ month," but they have mandatory commercials at this price point and the ads won't even load. Everytime I watch a show on here it freezes and I have to restart the app... Three times PER EPISODE. It's such a joke. Save your money.

We cancelled our Crave subscription the day the renewal was due. They charged us for the full year and now say that it's their policy to not to offer refunds. We are out $230. We then asked if our subscription could be activated again. No luck. So they basically stole $230 from us.

I tried Crave years go to watch an old Canadian show Corner Gas but Crave is so over the top WOKE with it's agenda on LGBT, feminist, gender theory, race theory... that i had to unsubscribe immediately! Horrible! Every show it suggests is LGBT or drag queen...

I subscribed to Crave and cancelled my subscription the next day. I purchased the $9.99 package with ads but the ads literally cut in right in mid-sentence and are 50x louder than the show. Very annoying to say the least. I assume that it's Crave's way of getting you to pay more for their ad-less subscription but no thank you. I pay $5.99 for Netflix with ads but you may not see one the entire show and if you do it may be a couple 45 min in, and certainly not when someone's in the middle of a sentence! Crave TV is a joke.

Terrible service

Was paying 20 dollars per month for a subscription and when I tried to change to the 9.99 version, none of my payments were accepted (neither debit or Mastercard). Very disappointing and when I contacted customer service he was unable to help.

Crave is by far the worst streaming service. It lists tons of crap, unwatchable shows, and it won't let me hide anything offensive, which with Crave is 70% of what they offer.

Their menu is terrible to navigate. If you go over to another menu in a different area and then move up on the screen and accidentally go to the top, you lose your place where you were searching, and have to spend 10 minutes getting back to where you were.

But my Lord do they fill your screen with hundreds of things I'm never going to watch, without letting you highlight things you like so they can show similar things. And how can it be so hard to show me previously viewed stuff? Try to find superhero movies, and they're not listed anywhere that I can find. Is there a single redeeming quality outside of if you like lewd and crude stuff? Where is their offer of family, wholesome entertainment?

Went to buy CRAVE yesterday. I took out basic. But apparently the basic service DOES NOT WORK ON MY TV however if i buy the PREMIUM sevice at double the cost ~ suddenly it DOES work on my tv. So they are out and out conning you. HOW can a service not work if you pay the low cost but suddenly work if you can come up with the premium cost? THAT is bribery and illegal,... They are forcing you to take out the premium sevice. My tv didn't change just thir underhanded marketing.

This is by far the worst streaming service I've ever used. The playback is CONSTANTLY buffering. So you will be watching something, someone starts a sentence and then the screen freezes and you have to wait for the playback to sort itself out before you hear the rest of the sentence. Multiply this by an hour long tv show or a 2-hour movie and you'd go insane. Furthermore, I even have my settings set for the "Data Saver" option (thinking this might help) but no, it still buffers every 30 seconds and you're sitting watching a frozen screen before you finally give up and turn it off. And this is all before I mention the ads. I get that they have tiers now to try to force you to purchase a non-ad subscription but it has done the opposite to me because I have cancelled my membership altogether. I don't have the time or patience for a stream that constantly glitches and I refuse to pay double to use a less-than-mediocre service. The only thing I can say is that the customer service does reply promptly to you if you contact them. However, they did nothing to help my issue. They simply keep asking you questions about your devices and internet connection over and over (as if to try to make it a problem with your own device or connection when it is clearly nothing to do with you, seeing as I have no problems with any other streaming service I have used) I certainly do not recommend Crave to anyone as of the way it stands today.

Worst audio of ANY streaming service. Terrible selection. NO OPTION TO FILTER THE CRAP I WILL NEVER WATCH from the "Recommended for me" I dont watch WOKE tripe, yet they constantly show is as something they think I want to watch. Either their algorythms don't work, or they are trying to shove WOKE down my throat harder than a pedophile on a school bus.

I read reviews and didn't listen, well I guess I have no one to blame but myself, just like every other bell product you get lots of unintelligible b.s. On the phone and redirected to another 3rd party billing fiasco, and have to wait while ma bell sits on your money making interest, DO NOT SUBSCRIBE, I'm still waiting for my refund, they don't care much for pensioners on a budget, they may as well walked in my home and stole money from me, I would have preferred that, because at least I could take care of it my way S.O.Bsnow I need to wait for some moron to investigate my claim,.can they postpone Christmas for 7 to 9 friggin days, I'm sure they could if they were in charge, but you would have to pay extra, and phone someone from India,Ok I'm done,but don't ever think or recommend crave to anyone, they suck,merry Christmas crave
