I have only had a few delivery items via Couriers plus and with them there have been 2 issues. The first time my order was with a good quality sunglasses company. (wasnt during lock down). Via tracking I saw the order was collected by Couriers Plus and scanned into their depot. I never received the order. The sunglasses company had to chase them up, as did I, and in the end they were deemed 'lost'. I was sent replacements but wondered where the other pairs had gone to? The recently again I was waiting on an almond milk order. The Unit number was not on the delivery docket but my phone number was. I had waited all day for the delivery but was then notified that they couldn't deliver as no unit number. That was on the 2nd of August. It is now the 17th and I haven't heard a word from them. I have chased it up with the company I ordered from and they have come back to me once to give saying to give it a couple of days whilst they relabel the goods. Now it has been a further week or more so I am waiting to hear back from the company again. I am reluctant to order from Company's that use Please Courier. I am not sure I am the only one, but when I looked in reviews for them, I noticed there seems to be a lot of issues.
Tracking says that my item was delivered Friday last week but I was working from home and my office is right next to the front door with a clear view of every car that stops out the front and anyone who comes to the front door. There wsas no attempt made to make a delivery, no card left, etc.
Filled out their webform this morning and it says they will get back to me in 3 business days. Not good enough! Found a customer service phone number via a Google search (there is no number listed on their website) abd the automated service "recommends" using the webform before it cuts you off.
This is not my first problem with this "business". Before buying anyhthing else online, I will ask which couriers they use and, if it is Couriers Please, I will refuse to buy from them.
It's the same story - again and again and again - with Couriers Please.
1. They send me an email claiming to have attempted delivery of my parcel, yet there was no knock on my door or ring on my doorbell.
2. This email also claims they have left a card in my letterbox, yet there is no card. (And CCTV footage of the lobby in my apartment building proves that the driver never even entered the premises.)
3. I try to contact Couriers Please via their website, but the "contact us" page simply does not work.
4. I try to phone them, but a recorded message tells me to contact them via their website instead, then cuts me off.
I have no idea where my parcel currently is, and no way of making contact with this company.
If I'm lucky, I'll receive a card that tells me I must collect my parcel from a certain location - which is highly inconvenient for me, as well as forcing me to take an unnecessary trip outside my home during lockdown, which increases the risk of catching and/or spreading Covid.
Often, I receive no card or information at all, and my parcel remains unaccounted for.
I understand that drivers are under immense pressure, which makes them more likely to pretend they have attempted delivery when no such genuine attempt was made.
But it is not acceptable to force customers to collect their parcels from an inconvenient location when no genuineness attempt at delivery has been made.
Couriers Please is being paid to deliver parcels DIRECTLY to customers' homes or workplaces - NOT to dump them at some centralised collection point. This company is simply not fulfilling its contractual obligations.
Several major organisations that I deal with regularly use Couriers Please - and I am currently in the process of contacting each of these organisations, to urge them to switch to a different courier service.
I encourage all frustrated clients of Couriers Please to do the same.
Absolutely shocking! I didn't arrange to use this company. Unfortunately a business I ordered from did. First was target and it was very late, no reply to emails and they make it as difficult as possible to contact them. Swore I would never again, then low and behold Kogan uses them too, which I unfortunately found out after placing the order! Stay away from this company they use covid as an excuse however have always been this incompetent. Target senior management have raised issues with them and are seeking to replace them with another more reliable and reputable courier service. I cannot believe these people are still in business, they don't deserve to be! Avoid at all costs. See the thousands of reviews just like this one!
24 hours after booking, no communication. One phone number on invoice is disconnected. The other phone possibly off the hook, messages sent via the form not even clear if they are delivered, certainly no response. So sorry I booked with them
Employee is RUDE, and don't even have any work ethic. I need clear explanation for this. 1) It was for a pickup, but he didn't mention it on the call, I don't mind go upstairs and pick up again. However, he blamed me that " Do you understand English, its parcel pick up. Don't waste my time"
His English wasn't very clear to me, and he questioned me? WTF is this 2) When I came back again with the parcel, he left already? What is this rubbish? This is something totally ruined my day
The expected delivery for my parcel was on 13 July 2021. However, it was delivered earlier on 12 July and therefore, no one was home to collect the parcel. A re-delivery was arranged on 14 July (done on 12 July) but it never come. Case was escalated but no one get back to me on the status and no one knows where is the parcel. I called Courier Please numerous times. Courier Please was unable to contact the driver and there was no update even though it was escalated again to the Fleet manager to to try to contact the driver and locate the parcel. The whole team is in a mess. All they can tell me is "sorry, and we have escalate the matter and you will get your parcel within 24 to 48 hours based on company policy". The parcel never arrive till today, 23 July.
Every time I called CourierPlease, they will assured me that I will get the parcel in the next business day, which never happens.
Why allow the customer to arrange for re-delivery online and accept the date when Courier Please cannot fulfill the task?
Worse courier service that I have used. Companies/retailers should not use this courier service as the customers will have a bad experience and thus tarnishing the name of the retailers.
The driver didn't attempt to knock on the door and reported futile parcel. We were at home and no one even knock on the door or ring the bell.
Also went to a parcel point shop and they told me that they don't want to take slightly larger parcels because the driver told them not to accept them!
The Drivers in this company are ruling everyone and doing what make sense for them not their company.
Had a missed delivery as it was one day early from the eta. Sms of missed delivery said it would attempt to deliver the next say. There was no delivery the next day. Tracking showed as in transit for the next 3 days the receipt back at Melbourne depot. Tried to call the sms msg number and there was not active. Now the new eta 9 days from the missed delivery.
Our company purchases from a company about 1/2 drive from us. It is now Monday morning and items
Picked up by Couriers Please a week ago still haven't been delivered.
I phoned on Friday and after being on hold for 36 minutes was told driver had tried on Wednesday & Thursday to deliver but couldn't get in - rubbish. Our gates are open from 3.30am- 6pm and the offices are open from before 7 am.
The person who took my call had a very strong accent and was difficult to understand, wouldn't put
Me through to a manager and spoke over me constantly. I have advised the company we purchase from to get a new Courier company.
THIS COMPANY IS PATHETIC! NO TRACKING INFORMATION UPDATE. THEY PASS YOUR PARCEL OFF TO THIRD PARTY COMPANY WITHOUT UPDATING TRACKING! TAKE A WEEK TO DELIVER AN OVERNIGHT PAID PARCEL, EACH TIME YOU CALL TO FOLLOW UP THEY CHANGE THEIR STORY. DRIVERS CAN HAVE YOUR PARCEL ON BOARD THEIR VAN AT HOME FOR HOWEVER LONG THEY LIKE WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC. ANTIQUATED COMPUTER SYSTEM WITH NO TRACKING ON DRIVERS OR PARCELS.

The parcel supposed to come on 30/6, didn't happen, said they cannot deliver and I need to request redelivery. I requested for 1/7, no update since. Called them on 2/7 and file an enquiry, replied saying waiting for the resolution team response and I should have an update by end of 2/7 or Mon. Nothing happened on Monday 5/7, emailed them again and got a reply saying "still coordinating with the allocated driver in regards with your parcel" and update within 1 business day. No updates received so I called on 6/7 asking for an update on where is my parcel, no answer can be given, told me it is supposed to be still with the driver, told me they are still trying to contact the drivers. I asked to talk to a supervisor, they put me on hold for almost 30 mins, nothing can be done still but promised to call me back on 7/7 for any updates. NO ONE called me and NO updates still, I had to call them, they said the supervisor was busy on the phone and will call me back. No further updates since. I called again 8/7, on hold for 30 mins and still not attended by anyone, registered for the call back service as I am tired to stay on the line further. NOTHING happened. Called AGAIN today, 9/7, STILL NO UPDATES (after 7 working days)! Told me will escalate to higher management, put me on hold again, and said they will try to find my parcel asap (every single one of the CS told me that but nothing happens, EVER!) I am simply asking where is my parcel, and this company cannot give me an answer after 7 working days.
Parcel didn't come on the day it was due and caught delivery guy trying to stuff a 12 inch parcel in my letter box and in the process bent my letter box. Not happy!
Received notification saying package couldn't be delivered as no one was home - it's a business address - it was during business hours - there were 17 people at work. Driver clearly just couldn't be bothered. We have mulitple deliveries arrive every day from more reputable couriers with no issues. None of the tracking numbers they gave me allowed me to arrange re-delivery. Very difficult to contact them. Now I am expected according to them to go several kilometers away to collect myself after paying for postage!?!
A call center in Singapore to address concerns of a delivery for Brisbane sent to Sydney.
After this we will never use courier please or recommend such poor service.
Call center staff advised when asked that if I was not happy with the result of the call (which I wasn't) I had no other recourse.
Couriers please keeps the package, I'd rather go buy anther than have the frustration of trying to explain Brisbane and Sydney are nine hours drive apart?
Driver dropped off at a Pop Up collection point (local 7eleven) parcel not checked improperly so could not get a pin to collect. Contacted Couriers Please on multiple occasions and nil response. So far have been trying for 2 weeks to collect and they even hung up on me today
Ok so while the couriers themselves do a great job, if you do happen to have a problem you cannot get in touch with anyone locally. Only an offshore phone centre who literally have no idea what they are doing and speak in extremely hard to understand English.
I have used them for over 2 years and this constant problem has driven me nuts. I'm switching to Australia Post- the extra $2 is worth every cent!
I recently had a parcel going 5 kms across Sydney. 10 days later is is in a depot somewhere and they said they need to confirm the delivery address. The customer contact details are clearly on the label, she had heard nothing, I had heard nothing, I literally had to sit on the phone to someone for half an hour only to be told they can't help me, or put me in touch with anyone locally. Very unreliable service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their online tracking system says your parcel will be delivered today, but it's already been 7 days since I received the message. Simply, where is my parcel? Please just do your job properly. Please deliver asap. Very frustrating.

Myer used CP to deliver a pair of birthday gift sneakers I ordered.
After almost one month since my order was sent out, the sneakers never arrived!
I filled in the CP online customer inquiry form and emailed customer service many times but never got a response from them.
I made numerous calls to Myer who checked with CP and I was told that my delivery would be made in that same week.
Now today, after one month of waiting, I get an email from Myer telling me that my sneakers were returned!
WHAT KIND OF $#*!ED UP COURIER SERVICE IS THIS?
Answer: You can't and if you do they tell you it's not their problem and disconnect
Answer: An absolute scam that needs to be investigated Police need to look into this large scale ongoing theft and obtaining goods by deception
